NATHANIEL GAITHER, 72, of Memphis, retired from TVA, died Thursday at his home. Services will be at noon Saturday at Union Grove Baptist Church, where he was a member, with burial in St. Paul Baptist Church cemetery in Williston. M. J. Edwards and Sons Funeral Home has charge. He leaves two daughters, Lucinda Gaither and Carolyn Gaither; six sons, James Gaither, Clarence Gaither, Michael Gaither, Melvin Gaither, Wayne Gaither and Edward Smith, and a sister, Annie Qualls, all of Memphis, 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
