FRANK JAMES 'DOC' GUNN, 75, of Bruce, Miss., retired from Bruce Telephone Co., died Friday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Jackson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Bruce, where he was a member, with burial in Community cemetery in Pittsboro, Miss. M. J. Edwards and Sons Funeral Home has charge. Mr. Gunn, the widower of Mary E. Gunn, leaves six daughters, Lou Coffey, Maxine Dorrough, Ann Jennings and Milika Campbell, all of Calhoun City, Miss., and Mildred Moore and Creasy Thomas, both of Coffeeville, Miss.; seven sons, Frank J. Gunn Jr., Stacey L. Gunn and Nathaniel King, all of Bruce, Spencer Gunn of Saltillo, Miss., Chris Gunn of Misawa, Japan, Fred Gunn of Clarksville, Tenn., and Freddy Jefferson of Chicago; two sisters, Mary Collins and Shirley Gunn, both of Okolona, Miss.; two brothers, Joe Gunn Jr. of Kansas City, Mo., and Curtis Gunn of Okolona, 27 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren.

WILLIAM WADE HAZELRIG, 69, of Millington, construction supply salesman, died Wednesday at Methodist Healthcare-North. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Northridge/Woodhaven Chapel in Millington with burial in Northridge/Woodhaven cemetery there. Mr. Hazelrig, the husband of Gayle Hazelrig, also leaves a daughter, Rachel Edwards of Bartlett; three sons, Danny Wade Hazelrig of Louisville, Ky., John Wayne Barnett of Memphis and Lance Barnett of Cordova; three sisters, Carolyn Max of Atoka, Jean Helms of Beaumont, Texas, and Margaret Carroll of Savannah, Tenn., eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to the American Heart Association.

HUBERT HEARD, 64, of Fort Pierce, Fla., formerly of Memphis, construction worker, died Saturday at Longwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at M. J. Edwards and Sons Funeral Home Whitehaven Chapel with burial in Bluff Road Church of Christ cemetery in Arkabutla, Miss. He leaves a daughter, Carmela Clark of Fort Pierce; five sisters, Vernestine Dock ery, Estella Watkins, Dorothy Swauncy and Bessie Echols, all of Memphis, and Margaret Byrd of Jackson, Miss.; eight brothers, Robert L. Heard Jr., Hugh L. Heard, Eddie Heard and Marvin Heard, all of Memphis, Charles Heard of Los Angeles, Willie Heard of Atlanta, Larry Heard of Birmingham and Maurice Heard of Chicago, and a grandson.

GEORGIA MARIE HOLLAND, 51, of Memphis, retired from the Army Depot, died Friday at Methodist Healthcare-North. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church with burial in Memory Hill Garden. Jefferson Mortuary in Millington has charge. She was a member of Temple of Faith Church of God in Christ. She leaves a daughter, Jacquelyn Holland Peete, and her mother, Bessie Holland, both of Memphis; six sisters, Inez Brown of Chicago and Ernestine Holland, Ophelia Smith, Linda Holland, Margaret Holland and Marilyn Holland, all of Memphis; a brother, Ernest Holland of Memphis, and two grandchildren.

BESSIE MAE HOLT, 78, of Memphis, homemaker, died Tuesday at Methodist Healthcare-South. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Golden Leaf Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a member of the mother board, with burial 11 a.m. Monday at West Tennessee Veterans cemetery. Harrison's Funeral Home Orange Mound Chapel has charge. Mrs. Holt, the widow of Robert Holt Jr., leaves two daughters, Beverly Edwards and Sharon Hibbler, and two sons, Larry Holt and Ronnie Holt, all of Memphis; a sister, Delores Fox, and two brothers, Walter Mitchell and Lonnie Mitchell, all of Detroit, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

AUDREY FAY DOLLAHITE HOOVER, 68, of Hernando, homemaker, died Tuesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto in Southaven. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Hernando Funeral Home with burial in Love cemetery. She was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. Mrs. Hoover, the wife of Roy Hoover, also leaves a daughter, Barbara Lynn Hoover of Hernando; five sons, Glen Hoover, Roy Hoover Jr., Keith Hoover and Dennis Hoover, all of Hernando, and Allen Hoover of West Memphis; two sisters, Norma Bennett of Sacramento, Calif., and Shirley Brener of Bartlett; two brothers, Robert Dollahite of Mountain View, Ark., and Charles Dollahite of Memphis, 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Jackson, the widow of Grover Jackson, leaves three daughters, Bernell Harrison of Oklahoma City, Jean Wright of Memphis and Linda Neal of Muscle Shoals, Ala.; two sons, A. C. Jackson and Raymond Jackson, both of Memphis, eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was a member of Leawood Baptist Church. Mrs. Lavender, the wife of James R. Lavender Jr., also leaves two daughters, Amber Collins of Memphis and Lethana Collins of Sacramento, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Lauren Lavender of Huntingdon, Tenn.; a stepson, Robbie Lavender III of Tennessee; a half-sister, Patricia Collins, and a half-brother, Jimmy Davis, both of Hayward, Calif., and two grandchildren.

Mr. McCullar, the husband of Myrtle McCullar, also leaves four sisters, Nellie Carol Holder, Linda McCullar and Elizabeth Miller, all of Ponce Inlet, Fla., and Willie Borges of San Diego, and two brothers, Carl McCullar of Southaven and Dan McCullar of Eudora.
