CORNELIUS LANE, 82, of Memphis, retired mattress maker, died Wednesday at Methodist Healthcare-South. Services will be at noon Monday at Christ Missionary Baptist Church with burial in New Park cemetery. N. J. Ford & Sons Funeral Home has charge. Mr. Lane, the widower of Fannie Lane, leaves three daughters, Shirley Nolan of Memphis, Ora Kerr of Jackson, Tenn., and Sharon Lockridge; a sister, Savannah Stewart of Memphis, 19 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren.

JOHN E. LITTLE, 77, of Memphis, died Monday in Memphis. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at National cemetery. Family Funeral Care Summer Avenue Chapel has charge. He was a World War II Army veteran and recipient of four Bronze Stars, Bronze Arrowhead and the Croix de Guerre of France.
