MARK A. ROWLEY, 39, of Memphis, manager for Accounts Management, died of respiratory failure Tuesday at his home. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. Mr. Rowley, the husband of Robbie J. Rowley, also leaves two daughters, Lauren Rowley of Aurora, Colo., and Lexie Rowley of Memphis; his parents, Rita Rowley of Aurora and Terry Rowley of Missouri; three sisters, Catherine White, Victoria Rowley and Deborah Rowley, and a brother, Randolph Rowley, all of Aurora. HELEN CLARA DRANE SIMMONS, 81, of Memphis, homemaker, died of heart failure Wednesday at Methodist Hospital. ANTHONY SISLOW, 85, of Memphis, retired government employee, died of complications from Parkinson disease Thursday at Bright Glade Nursing Home. Mr. Sislow, the husband of Pat Sislow for 56 years, also leaves two sons, James M.
