ELIZABETH SHERMAN, 79, of Memphis, retired from the IRS, died Sunday at her home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Longview Heights Seventh-day Adventist Church, where she was a member, with burial in Elmwood. M. J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home Whitehaven Chapel has charge. Mrs. Sherman, the wife of Walter Sherman, also leaves a daughter, Carolyn Owens of Memphis, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. RUBY CAMPBELL SHINAULT, 87, of Memphis, retired owner-operator of Shinault's Grocery, died Monday at NHC Nursing Home in Somerville, Tenn. Services will be at noon Wednesday at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in Forest Hill cemetery East. She was a charter member of Whitten Memorial Baptist Church. Mrs. Shinault, the widow of Woodrow T. Shinault, leaves two daughters, Grace Webb of Rossville, Tenn., and Charlene Nichols of Middleton, Tenn.; a son, W. T.
