EUGENE F. PETRAKIS, 76, of Memphis, retired agent from the FBI after 23 years, died Tuesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at noon Friday at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with entombment in Forest Hill Mausoleum East. He was a World War II Navy air corps veteran. Mr. Petrakis, the widower of Helen Wells Petrakis, leaves a daughter, Cathy Sheeks of Memphis; two sons, Patrick Petrakis of Memphis and Peter A. Petrakis of Baton Rouge, La., six grandchildren and a great-grandson.

JESSIE MAE RANKIN, 63, of Memphis, retired supervisor from the IRS after 26 years, died Tuesday at Methodist Healthcare-University Hospital. M. J. BETTY CHRISTINE COLEMAN REAVES, 82, of Memphis, retired from the Tennessee Association for the Blind, died Tuesday at UT Bowld Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in Forest Hill cemetery East. She was a Baptist. Mrs. Reaves, the widow of Wayne H. Reaves, leaves a niece and a great-niece who cared for her, Sharon Howard and Shaye Howard, and a nephew and his wife who cared for her, Bill and Reba Coleman, all of Memphis.
