THOMAS BERNARD RICHARD SON JR., 47, of Memphis, died Saturday at his home. Graveside services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at West Tennessee Veterans cemetery. He leaves two sons, Thomas Richardson III and Tomaisus Frightman; his parents, Alice Campbell and Thomas Richardson, and four sisters, Antoinette Robinson of Marion, Ark., Pamela Baro of North Carolina, Paulette Fields of Atlanta and Andrea Campbell of Pasadena, Calif.
