FRANCES M. SEAGO, 79, of Iuka, Miss., formerly of Memphis, former hairstylist with Gould's Salon, died Friday at her home. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Ludlam Funeral Home in Iuka with burial in Mt. Gilead cemetery there. Mrs. Seago, the wife of Bill Seago, also leaves a daughter, Carolyn Wilson of Mt. Pleasant; a son, Sonny 'C.B.' Marlar of Bartlett; two sisters, Kate Darling of Memphis and Betty Beretta of Bartlett, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

MASTER SERGEANT CARLTON ANDREW WICKS, 52, of Memphis, retired from the Army, died Thursday at Saint Francis Hospital. COL. JOHN HUGH BAUER, 81, of Memphis, retired from the Army and retired attorney, died Friday at his home. Memorial mass will be said at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ann Catholic Church Bartlett, where he was a communicant, with entombment in Forest Hill Mausoleum East. He was a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Military Order of The World Wars and Tennessee Retired Officers Association, former president and chairman of the Fraternal Order of Police, police department counselor, helped establish the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, criminal justice teacher for the University of Memphis and the University of Mississippi, a World War II and Korean War veteran, and recipient of the Bronze Star and Silver Star. Mr. Bauer, the widower of Charlotte Ann Bauer, leaves a daughter, Charlotte Ann Trask of Memphis; a son, John Hugh Bauer Jr. of Collierville; a brother, William P.
