ALTON HARDIN, 98, of Corinth, Miss., retired farmer, died Thursday at Methodist Healthcare-North. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Lakeview Baptist Church, where he was a former deacon and trustee, with burial in Forrest Memorial Park cemetery. Memorial Funeral Home has charge. He leaves local survivors including a son, William Hardin of Memphis, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

EARNEST McDONALD, 86, of Corinth, Miss., retired farmer, died Friday at Corinth Health & Rehab. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Memorial Funeral Home in Corinth with burial in Holly Church cemetery. He was a member of Olive Hill Baptist Church. Mr. McDonald, the husband of Lois McDonald, also leaves local survivors including a daughter, Gwyn Clark of Memphis, a grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
