JAMES RAY BAUGUES, 72, of Covington, retired Navy yeoman first class and retired from the recreational department at Naval Support Activity Mid-South, died Saturday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Millington with burial in West Tennessee Veterans cemetery. Maley-Yarbrough Funeral Home in Covington has charge. Mr. Baugues, the husband of Mary C. Baugues, also leaves two daughters, Carol B. Templeton of Brighton and Mykii Nyoma Derman of Atlanta; two sons, Gary Ray Baugues of Hawaii and James Bryant Baugues of Memphis; a sister, Dreama Duby of Woodbridge, Va.; a brother, David H. Baugues of Shady Springs, W.Va., 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
