LOUIS LEVINE, 73, of Memphis, retired pawn broker, died Saturday in Memphis. Services were Sunday in Anshei Sphard cemetery. Gan Aden Funeral Home had charge. He was a member and board member of Anshei Sphard Beth El Emeth and Baron Hirsch Men's Club, was a member of Memphis Jewish Community Center, and was a volunteer for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Christian Brothers University and AZA B'nai B'rith Youth Organization. Mr. Levine, the widower of Jean Sobelman Levine, leaves two sons, Howard S. Levine of Nashville and Paul N. Levine of Germantown; a sister, Sylvia Levine Spiegel of Memphis, and two grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to the charity of the donor's choice.

WILLIAM HENRY MATTHEWS Jr., 65, retired from Memphis Light, Gas & Water Division, died Saturday at Methodist Healthcare-University Hospital. M. J. Edwards and Sons Funeral Home has charge. RAYMOND W. 'BILL' REBEDOUX, 77, of Memphis, retired from the Postal Service after 46 years, died Saturday at American Transitional Nursing Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Brantley Funeral Home of Olive Branch with burial in West Tennessee Veterans cemetery. He was a member of Central Church and was a Marine Corps veteran.
