MARTHA LLOYD JONES BURSI, 81, of Savannah, Ga., formerly of Buford, Ga., and Memphis, died Tuesday in Savannah. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Buford, where she was a member, with burial in the church cemetery. Tapp Funeral Home in Buford has charge. She leaves two daughters, Marcella Henderson of Savannah and Toni Bursi Born of Blue Ridge, Ga.; three sons, Charles Daniel Bursi Jr. of Belair, Md., Hugh Bursi of Dallas and Phillip Bursi of Buford; a brother, Hugh L. Jones of Oklahoma City, 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to Telfair Academy of Arts & Sciences Building Fund in Savannah.

DAPHNA TURNER COLEMAN, 79, of Memphis, homemaker, died Thursday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Forest Hill Funeral Home South with burial in Forest Hill cemetery South. She was a member of Southland Baptist Church. Mrs. Coleman, the wife of Lloyd Coleman for 60 years, also leaves two daughters, Brenda Coleman Riggins of Clearwater, Fla., and Derita Coleman Williams of Memphis; a sister, Dale Griffin of Collierville; three brothers, Winfred Turner of Memphis, Floyd Turner of Ingomar, Miss., and Lamar Turner of New Albany, Miss., and two grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to the Arthritis Foundation.

JESSIE B. DAVIS, 60, of Memphis, formerly of Holly Springs, Miss., retired construction worker, died Monday at Saint Francis Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Red Banks, Miss., where he was a member, with burial in the church cemetery there. J. F. Brittenum & Son Funeral Home in Holly Springs has charge. He leaves two daughters, Pattie R. Pritchard of Holly Springs and Nikita Lockett of Red Banks; three sons, Chico Davis and Decorial Davis, both of Victoria, Miss., and Byron Keith Davis of Memphis; two sisters, Minnie M. Neely of Holly Springs and Lue Gene Lucas of Aurora, Ill., and nine grandchildren.

FLORENCE EDNA BROWN DEENER, 75, of Millington, homemaker, died Thursday at her home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Millington with burial in Promiseland cemetery. Jefferson Mortuary in Millington has charge. Mrs. Deener, the widow of John Deener, leaves three daughters, Sandra Brown Taylor of McKenzie, Tenn., Sherron Brown Taylor of Covington, Tenn., and Barbara Deener Jones of Memphis; two sons, Charles Brown of Memphis and Tony Deener of Millington; a brother, Arthur Davis of Covington, six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

LT. CMDR. KENELM O. DYCHES, 86, of Memphis, retired from the Navy after 32 years and retired hospital administrator from Tennessee Department of Health, died Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park. He was a member of Covenant Baptist Church, TROA and Fleet Reserve Association, a World War II veteran and a 32nd-degree Mason. Lt. Cmdr. Dyches, the husband of Sibyl Smith Dyches for 66 years, also leaves two sons, Denny Dyches of Jacksonville, Fla., and Barry Dyches of Los Angeles; a sister, Anne Dyches of Columbia, S.C.; a brother, Bubbie Williams of Springfield, S.C., five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to Covenant Baptist Church Building Fund or a charity of the donor's choice.

EDNA E. FORTUNE, 83, of Memphis, retired bookkeeper from Fortune Equipment Co., died Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Evergreen cemetery in Williston, Tenn. Mrs. Fortune, the widow of Murray Fortune, leaves two daughters, Tina Milligan of Collierville and Sondra Holmes of Memphis; a son, Bob Fortune of Olive Branch; four sisters, Marcel Rogers of Moscow, Bonnie Hopkins and Mae Barnett, both of Memphis, and Pat Price of Nashville, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Family Funeral Care Stage Road Chapel with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens. She was a member of Raleigh Baptist Church. Mrs. Gardner, the widow of Ernest E. Gardner, leaves two daughters, Brenda Dickey Thomas and Pat Speck, both of Memphis; a son, Gilbert LaDraun Gardner of Pleasant Hill, Miss.; a brother, James D. Hall of Little Rock, seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to Baptist Trinity Hospice.

She was a graduate of the University of Memphis and West Georgia State University, author and winner of the Strathmore Graphics Gallery Award and Beckett Design Award. Mrs. Glise, the wife of Phillip Glise, also leaves a daughter, Sayward Glise of Olympia; her mother, Charline A. Rugel of Destin, Fla.; two sisters, Mary Kay Santulli and Kathleen Perez-Leon, and a brother, Charles E. Rugel III of Memphis. Mrs. Hollingsworth, the wife of John Gordon Hollingsworth Jr. for 50 years, also leaves two daughters, Nan Gill of Memphis and Meg James of Valdosta, Ga.; four sons, Jay Hollingsworth, Dan Hollingsworth, Ted Hollingsworth and Joe Hollingsworth, all of Memphis, and seven grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to Porter-Leath Children's Home or Memphis Chapter of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

He leaves a sister, Esther Hughes Maskel of Taylorville, Ill., and a brother, Noble H. Hughes of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Mrs. Hughlett, the widow of Aubrey Hughlett, leaves two grandsons, Ben Payne Jr. of Ripley, Tenn., and Luch Payne of Covington, and a goddaughter, Kayrene Dowell of Covington, all of whom helped care for her, 17 other grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren.

Turner, both of Memphis; four sons, Eric Lee Boyd, Jimmey Boyd and Andray Boyd, all of Memphis, and Lee A.
