RUBY ELLA COOK, 83, of Memphis, formerly of Jackson, Tenn., retired secretary from Ely Walker Dry Goods, died Tuesday in Memphis. She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church and a graduate of Union High School in Jackson. Mrs. Cook, the widow of Newton A.
