Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park. He also leaves three sisters, Claudia Jasmine Ramirez, Kierra Ann Ramirez and Alyssia Lashae Weaver; his grandparents, Irene and Ramon Mata, Pamela Lynn Miller and Tommy L. Weaver, and his great-grandmother, Robbie Clark.

JACK McCURRY, 79, of Horn Lake, retired restaurant owner and salesman, died of cancer Monday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto in Southaven. He was a World War II Navy and Coast Guard veteran, a Mason and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks Asheville (N.C.) Lodge 608 and the American Legion. Mr. McCurry, the husband of Alice Shaffer McCurry, also leaves two daughters, Diane Stewart of Asheville and Gail Barnes of Chattanooga; a son, Jack H.
