JAMES HULON MILTON, 76, of Dresden, Tenn., retired grocery and restaurant owner, died of heart failure Sunday at Methodist Healthcare-Volunteer in Martin, Tenn. He was a member of Metheny Grove Primitive Baptist Church and the Dresden Masonic Lodge 90.
