Retired at the age of 83 from Douglas-Cherokee Economic Authority-Senior Citizens Nutrition Program, after many years of service. Preceded in death by her husband, Isaac Benjamin Pettitt, grandson, Donnie R. Moore, several brothers and and one sister. Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law: June and Bill Knowles of Philadelphia, Sandi and Marvin Burnette of Ten Mile; son and daughter-in-law, Rev. He owned and operated Honeycutt Cleaners in Harriman for 26 years. He was a member of Southgate Lodge #569 and a past master of the Lodge. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite and Kerbela Temple and a Shriner of Kerbela Temple. He is preceded in death by his parents, Farrell and Tressie Honeycutt of Harriman.
