He was retired molder with Nordberg Foundry in Milwaukee and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and the Hess Masonic Lodge in Dyersburg.
Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Dyer County Memorial Gardens in Dyersburg with the Rev. Gary Thieme officiating.
The family will receive visitors from 9:30-11 a.m. Tuesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

He was a retired superintendent for Centex-Forcum Lannom, a member of West Dyersburg Church of Christ and a former member of the Tennessee Army National Guard.

He was a retired farmer, a World War II veteran who served in the Pacific Theater and Burma and received the Combat Infantry Badge, a member of Miston Baptist Church, helped begin the county youth baseball league, coached for Babe Ruth and Connie Mack baseball leagues and was a member of VFW.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Carmen Dennison officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

Barbara Corcoran Hendrix, 79, OF Birmingham, Ala., died November 19, 2002 in Nashville.
She educated at St. Agnes Academy and St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing in Memphis, graduating in 1944. She was a charter member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Jackson, Mississippi, from 1960 to 1972. She was an active Protestant Representative on the Interfaith Council in Jackson. She also was a faithful member of Idlewild Presbyterian Church in Memphis from 1972 to 1995 and of Hillwood Presbyterian Church since moving to Nashville in 1995.
The family will receive visitors at 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the church.
