He was a grocery clerk at Kroger and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ.
Graveside services were at 3 p.m. Saturday in Dyer County Memorial Gardens. J.W. Curry & Son Funeral Home in Dyersburg was in charge of arrangements.

Edward Woods "Sonny" Dunagan, 88, of Friendship, died Friday, Nov. 22, 2002 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
He was a retired Friendship postmaster, a World War II U.S. Army veteran and a member of Alamo VFW, the American Legion, New Friendship Masonic Lodge No. 251 and Friendship United Methodist Church, where he taught the Men's Sunday School Class.
Services were at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Friendship United Methodist Church with the Rev. Frank Gardner officiating. Burial was in Bellevernon Cemetery in Friendship. Friendship Funeral Home in Friendship was in charge of arrangements.

James Leonard Raley, 85, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, Nov. 24, 2002 at Methodist Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital.
He was a retired mechanic and owner of Raley's Garage and was a former mechanic at Halls Air Base during World War II.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Mac Daniels officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

He was a member of Brownsville Baptist Church where he was a long time Sunday school teacher and deacon, founding member of the Layman Quartet and the West Tennessee Quartet Convention, he was recognized by the West Tennessee Quartet convention in 1996 and 1997 for his contributions to gospel music and a World War II Army veteran.
