She was retired owner of Pauline's Beauty Shop in Newbern and was a beautician for 50 years, former board member of Tennessee Hairdressers Association and of the Easter Star.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Dyer County Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Raymond Boston officiating. Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy Walk of Finley; three daughters, Cathy Nichols and Kay Brooks, both of Dyersburg and Diana Brimm of Finley; a son, Mickey Walk of Finley; five sisters, Joyce White of Dyersburg, Mary Young, Betty Moore and Brenda Campbell, both of Memphis and Vickie Walk of Dyersburg; a brother, Douglas Walk of Finley; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
