Arlene loved cooking, gardening and her family.

G.W. Birmingham, 83, Springville, died Friday, March 16, 2012, in Springville.
Funeral services will be held at Ridgeway Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Monday. Burial in Hillcrest Cemetery.
He married
Carolyn DeHay Birmingham and she survives with three sons, Randy, Jackson, and David and Gary, both of Paris; two step-daughters, Holly Graniden, Paris; Heidi Schuberth, Mass.; two step-sons, Ronald Schuberth, Mass.; and Robert Schuberth, N.C.; and a brother, Richard Birmingham, Fort Worth.
He was a car salesman and owned and operatied Birmingham group home, Paris.
Mary Louise Riley
Mary Louise Riley, 85, Paris, died Friday, March 16, 2012, at Henry County Healthcare.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Ridgeway Funeral Home. Burial was in Poplar Grove Cemetery.
She was a retired lab technician and X-ray tech at Griffey clinic. She had done the same work at a clinic in Texas. She was a member of the West Paris Baptist Church.
Survivors include a brother, James, Paris, and a special friend, Ruth Carroll, Paris.
Corene Smith
Corene Smith, 92, Paris, died Thursday at Henry Co. Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Ridgeway Funeral Home. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Visitation is at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. Friday and after 11 a.m. Saturday.
She was married
to James Loyd Smith, Sr., and he died in 1997.
She is survived by two daughters: Sherron Riggins, Paris; Sue Hopper, Paris; and six sons, James, Jr., Paris; Jerry Smith, Romeo, Mich.; Jacky Smith, Shelbyville, Ky.; Rex Smith, Puryear; Jeff Smith, Paris; and a sister, Claudine Hudson, Paris, and several grand and great-grandchildren.
She worked at the former Salant and Salant factory in Paris and retired from the Holley Carbureator plant. She was a member of New Bethel Church.
James Otto Neace
James Neace, 73, Springville, died Thursday at home.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Henry County Tabernacle Cemetery.
Survivors are: caregiver Joyce Neace, Springville; daughter Debra Cordova, Mansfield; son, James Neace, Cleveland, Ohio; sister Sandra Neace, Florida; and brother, Junior Neace, WV., and several great-grand and grandchildren.
Franklyn Thompson

He was born in Paris, TN to the late Edward L. "Tickle" Thompson, Jr. and Virginia Hicks Thompson. On August 14, 1982 he married
Patsy Rayburn Thompson, she survives in Springville, TN.
Other survivors are a daughter: Christie M. (Jose) Meza, Radcliff, Ky; sister: Jane (Johnny) Gibson, Springville; brother: Tommy (Kathy) Thompson, Springville; grandchildren: Clayton Dale Cunningham, Alivia Michelle Cunningham and Kenzie Meza all of Radcliff, KY.
Franklyn was a member of the Sulphur Well Church of Christ. Retired Director of W.G. Rhea Public Library (1980-1993)and Associate Professor of Art at Hopkinsville Community College in Hopkinsville, KY. He graduted in 1953 from E.W. Grove High School and received his Master of Arts Degree from Murray State University.

Al Bush
Funeral service 2:00PM Wednesday at the Cottage Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Mike Waddy of Cottage Grove Baptist Church and Bro. Dwight Mercer officiating for Al Bush of Cottage grove, a familiar sight at local antique tractor show.
He will be transported from the church on a wagon being pulled by an antique tractor to Walker cemetery for burial.
Visitation will be at the church beginning at 11:00AM until time of service Wednesday. McEvoy Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bush was born in Hillsdale County, MI to the late Clifford and Frances Penoyar Bush. Survived by his wife Ann Anderson Bush, they were married
in 1953.
Also survived by a daughter: Deana (Danny) Bowden, Buchanan; sons: Phillip (Anna L.) Bush, Cottage Grove, Don (Anna M.) Bush, Van Buren, AR, Dennis (Amy) Bush, Cottage Grove, Edward (Sharee) Bush, Cottage Grove, Cris (Donna) Bush, Paris; brother: Clifford (Alice) Bush, Concord, MI; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Al was a member of the Cottage Grove Baptist Church and several Antique Tractor Clubs.
Hal Charlton
Hal Charlton, 80, of Huntingdon died Saturday, March 10, 2012, at McKenzie Healthcare.
His wife, Barbie Lee Charlton, survives. They were married
on May 24, 1986. His first wife, Elvira Key Charlton, died Sept. 27, 1985.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ridgeway Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Grove cemetery near Puryear.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today and after 11 a.m. Tuesday.
Charlton worked as a barber in Paris for many years. He was a member of Fairview Baptist Church in Paris and a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War.
Juanito Catillo Marcella
Juanito Catillo Marcella, 81, died Saturday, March 10, 2012, at a Bartlett hospital. A graveside service was conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Ridgeway Funeral Home was in charge.
His wife, Ruth Soriano Gallinero Marcella, survives.
He was born Oct. 6, 1930, in Dumarao Capiz, The Philippines.
Marcella distributed The Peddler newspaper. He held a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
Survivors include two daughters: Amalia Marcella of Memphis and Marion Sill of Ohio; three sons: Israel Marcella of Murfreesboro, Emmanuel Marcella of Nashville and John Marcella of Paris; three sisters: Greta Tupas and Marced Jarque, both of The Philippines and Ruth Suter of Arizona; two brothers: Moises Marcella and Jose Rey Marcella, both of The Philippines; and 14 grandchildren.
