Daniel Duncan, 80, Buchanan, died Sept. 9, 2012 at Paris Health Care. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Ridgeway Funeral home, with visitation and hour before the service. The body will be cremated.
Susvivors incoude his wife, Mary Ruth Keeling Duncan, two sons, Dennis, Dover; Danny, Baytown, Texas; a brother, Donald, Fort Worth; and six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He retired from Emerson Electric Co. and was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Katie Marie Dunlap Perry
Funeral services for Katie Perry, 27, will be held at noon Monday at McEvoy Funeral Home, with burial in Foundry Hill cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home is from 2-8 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday.
She died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012 at Henry Co. Medical Center.
She was the daughter of the late Richard "Box" Dunlap and Jacqueline (Charlie) Lewis of Paris, TN.
Survived by her husband: Michael Wayne Perry, Jr., Paris, TN; her children: Addison Grace, Carson Alexander and Mason Wade Perry all of Paris; sisters: Kristi (David) Reed, Dexter, MO, Kelly Dunlap, Paris, TN; step-brother: Steven Lewis, New Madrid, MO; grandparents: Benny and Kay Harris, Paris; nephews: Dalton, Logan and Owen Reed; niece: Kloey Reed; uncles, aunts and cousins.
Preceded by a brother: Joshua Dunlap, 1982.
Katie was an LPN and Staff Coordinator at Paris Health Care. She was a graduate of Dexter Missouri High School and the Tennessee Technology Center in Paris, TN
Burton Keenon
Burton Keenon, 88, Paris, died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012 at Paris Health Care.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with burial at Bethesda Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home is from 4-8 p.m. Sunday and after 10 a.m. Monday.
He was self-employed as the owner of Kennon Body Shop and was a U.S. Army veteran.
He married
Imogene Dunlap Kennon and she preceded him in death. Survivors include a daughter, Katrina Hicks, Paris; a son, Joe Kennon, Paris; sister, Earline Sheehan, Paris; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mr. Matheny attended Grace Baptist Church in McKenzie. He was an avid coin collector and enjoyed fishing.
Sam Stubblefield
Sam Crowder Stubblefield, 78, Paris, died Sept. 5, 2012 at a healthcare facility in Nashville. Funeral services will be held at Ridgeway Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Saturday. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
He married
Dorotha Sutherland Lax Stubblefield and she died in 1995. Survivors include a daughter Lisa Little, Paris; and son, Phillip, Cordova.
He worked for the Mitchum Co. and retired from Mohon. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Julia Elizabeth Tharpe
Julia Tharpe, 102, Chicago, formerly of Paris, died Monday, Sept. 3, 2012, in Chicago. Arrangements at Trinity Funeral Home are incomplete and will be announced later.
Paul Raymond Glass
Paul Glass, 58, Buchanan, died Thursday, July 12, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 16, at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with burial at Bethel Cemetery. Visitation is from 4-8 p.m. Sunday and after 9 on Monday.

Rena Evans Glass who survives with three daughters, Patricia Stewart, Gilbertsville; Leisha Hastings and Karen Chadwick, both of Buchanan; a son, Joshua Glass, Wisc.; a sister, Deborah Barrett, Buchanan; three brothers, Jay Dee, Lawrenceburg; Garry, Decaturville; and George Lynn, Buchanan.
He worked at Tennalum in Jackson.
Diane Davis Sealy
Diane Sealy, 63, Paris, died Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Jackson Madison Co. Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Ridgeway Funeral Home. Cremation will follow.
She was a waitress at Knott's Landing and a member of Vine Community Church.
She married
Matt Sealy and he died in 2011. Survivors are two daughters, Missy Hamilton, Paris; Ashley Odom, Jackson; a son, Scott Sealy, Union City; a sister, Margaret Tyler, Paris; two brothers, Bobby Davis, paris; and Bill Davis, Arkansas.
Sue Poe

Odis Schmittou

He was born in Bowling Green, KY to the late Levi and Ella Schmittou. On February 14, 1947 he married
Carnell Hill Schmittou, she survives.
Survived by daughters: Phyllis Loggins of Vincent, Jennifer Weldon of Hoover; grandchildren: Alexandria Caroline Nelson of Vestavia and Ryan Smith Weldon of Charleston, SC; great-grandchild: Emma Caroline Nelson of Vestavia.
Preceded by a sister: Imogene Schmittou.
Mr. Schmittou had attended Rocky Ridge Cumberland Presbyterian Church for the past 60 years. He retired from his independent sales company about 40 years ago and has spent several of those years traveling with the Wally Bynum Air Stream Club. A veteran of WWII, where he served as staff sergeant of the 1857th Service Command Unit.

"Nell" was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a member of the East Wood Street Church of Christ. She was a homemaker, but also worked at Clippard Instruments, Henry County Medical Center and Henry County Water Company. She established and owned Healthy Thyme health food store in Paris. she enjoyed fishing, gardening, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
