Norma Foust
Norma L. Foust, age 65 of Paris, TN, died Saturday night December 13, 2014 at her residence.
Norma married
January 24, 1971 to James Dwight “Jim” Foust and he survives.
She formerly worked at Holley Carburetor Plant. She was also the former owner and operator of B-Rite Convenience Store in Paris and then managed and supervised several Eagle Food Stores in the area. She also managed the Hillcrest Club for 13 years.
She was born June 14, 1949 in Bristol, VA to the late Joseph Sturgill and the the late Enola Allen Sturgill.
Besides her Husband Jim, Norma is survived by her daughter, Dana M. (Greg) Scott of Paris, TN; son, Chris D. Foust of Paris, TN; Granddaughters, Justice Nicole Birmingham of Murray, KY and Haley Danielle Birmingham of Paris, TN.
She was also preceded in death by Seven Sisters, and One Brother.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, Tenn., where the visitation will be from 4 – 8 pm Monday, December 15, 2014 and after 9 am Tuesday, December 16, 2014. The Funeral Service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 11:00 am Tuesday, December 16, 2014.
Gerald Scott will officiate. Pallbearers will be Curt McDaniel, LeDustie Graves, Tad Hathaway, Mike Hanks, Jim Rodgers, and Stan Chilcutt. Honorary Pallbearers will be Donald Brown, Joe Kennon, Jim LaJoy, Jesse Bucy, and Tony VanDyke.
Interment will be Hillcrest Memorial Park in Paris, Tenn.
Robbie McClain
Robbie Lee McClain, age 94 of Paris died Friday Decemember 12th at the Henry County Healthcare Center.
She retired with Hollywood Brand Candy Factory, formerly of Centrailia, IL and was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.
In lieu pf flowers, memorials may be made to: New Bethel Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 536, Paris, TN 38242.
Visitation will be 3-6pm Sat. Dec. 13th and after 12 Noon on Sun. Dec. 14th at McEvoy Funeral home is funeral set for 1:30pm Sunday. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery.
Emma Colley-Delaney
Emma Colley-Delaney, age 72 of Paris, died Tuesday at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.
No services are scheduled at this time.
James Fred Burton
James Fred Burton, age 67, of Puryear, Tenn., died Monday, December 8, 2014, at Paris Healthcare & Rehab Center in Paris, Tenn.
He was married
August 3, 1968 to Joan Denise Stawski Burton and she died April 10, 2008.
He was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church and was a former welder in Detroit, MI.
James was born January 12, 1947 in Buchanan, TN to the late Leland Burton and the late Nobie Sue Nance Burton.
He is survived by his Three Sons, Richard (Jennifer) Burton of Puryear, Tenn, Ronald (Betty) Burton of Buchanan, Tenn, Randall Burton and friend Kristin Yoke of Puryear, Tenn; Two Sisters, Cheryl (Paul) Stawski of Buchanan, Tenn, Judy Smothers of Martin, Tenn; Two Brothers, Tommy (Melody) Burton of Redford, Mich, Donnie Burton of Murray, Ky; 11 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
Besides his wife and parents, James was preceded in death by a son, Robert Burton.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St., Paris, Tenn., where the visitation will be from 11 am to 2 pm Thursday, December 11, 2014. The Funeral Service will be at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 11, 2014.

Marian Aline Phillips
Marian Aline Phillips, 96, Paris, passed into Heaven with her Lord and Savior on Monday, December 8, 2014 at Signature Health Care of Clarksville, TN.
Visitation will take place at 11:00 a.m. at Ridgeway Funeral Home in Paris with her Celebration of Life service held at 12:00 noon, with her grandson-in-law, Rev. Logan Creasy, officiating.
Burial will be in Trinity Cemetery, Mayfield KY, at 2:00 p.m.
She was born on August 2, 1918, in Mayfield, KY, daughter of the late W. H. Reed and Laura Carr Reed. She was preceded in death by nine sibblings and her husband of 67 years, Macon Phillips.
Mrs. Phillips was a devout, Godly Christian and member of West Paris Baptist Church, serving in various leadership positions for many years. She was known as a prayer warrior and committed homemaker. In October of 2013 Marian was inducted into the Signature Health Care Hall of Fame for having distributed over 50 Bibles to residents and employees.
She is survived by her son, Jim (Ann) Phillips of Clarksville, TN, and two grandaughters, Melody (Rev.Logan) Creasy and Jamie (Rev. Jason) Durant, and four great grandchildren, the joy of her life!

Max Cook
Mr. Max E. Cook, age 85, of Paris, TN passed away December 6, 2014. Funeral with be held at First United Methodist Church at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Visitation will be at McEvoy Funeral Home 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 9, and after 9:00 A.M. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church prior to service. Service will be officiated by Dr. Rob Martin and Dr. Joe Geary. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mr. Cook was born February 13, 1929 in Graves County, Kentucky to the late Jim S. Cook and Luna Pittman Cook, both preceded. On April 18, 1954 he married
his wife of 58 years, Joanne Ray Cook, who preceded on January 28, 2012.
He is survived by nieces: Peggy (Jerry) McCree, Morristown, TN; Marla Kay Spina, Illinois; Doris R. Kreamer, River Grove, IL. Also by Two great-nieces, Three great-nephews, and Nine Great great-nieces and nephews.
Mr. Cook is also preceded by a sister Lexie Nell Camp, and a brother Rev. Hallie B. Cook.
Mr. Cook retired from TVA in Chattanooga, TN after 35 years of service. He was a U.S. Army veteran and also worked for FEMA for 10 years. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Paris where he assisted in teaching Sunday school and was an usher. He also served as a lay speaker to several local Methodist churches and was active in establishing disaster programs in local areas. Carolyn Brown-Wabinga
Carolyn Ann Brown-Wabinga, age 73, of Paris, Tenn., died Wednesday, December 3, 2014, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, Tenn.
She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. She was a Retired receptionist for Swartz & Sons Construction in Chicago, IL and was a Former CNA at Our Lady of Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL.
She was born January 24, 1941 in Chicago, IL to the late Joseph Detloff and the late Ann Kaldis Detloff.
She is survived by her Two Daughters, Debra Oliver of Paris, Tenn., Janet Davila of Illinois; Two Sons, Phillip Swartz of Paris, Tenn., Michael Oliver of Tennessee and 10 Grandchildren, Elizabeth (Roger) Swartz, Heather Meredith, Melissa (Robert) Graham, Sean (Racheal) Oliver, Veronica (Diego) Olid, Robert Davila, Julissa Davila, Tyetta (Justin) Page, Michael Oliver Jr., and Leah Hoggard; and 20 Great Grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Carolyn was also preceded in death by a sister, Elaine Gniadek.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St. Paris, Tenn., where the Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday, December 6, 2014 with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Sunday after 1:00 PM with the Funeral service at LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home at 2:30 PM Sunday, December 7, 2014.

Carson Hardy
Carson Hardy, age 74, of Buchanan, Tenn., died Monday, December 1, 2014, at Suncoast Hospice Care Center Mid Pinella in Pinellas Park, Fla.
He was married
April 8, 1961 to Alice Sylvia Stogner Hardy and she survives.
He was a Member of Point Pleasant Baptist Church. He was a retired production manager from Sonoco Products in Hartsville, SC. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, boating and traveling. He also worked as a marshal at the Paris Landing Golf Course.
Carson was born July 27, 1940 in Whiteville, NC to the late Homer L. Hardy and the late Carrie Ward Hardy.
Besides his wife, He is also survived by his Two Daughters, Nancy (Tom) Wynn of Celeste, Texas, Cheryl (Don) Cook of Palmetto, Fla; One Son, Steve (Kristie) Hardy of Springville, Tenn; One Sister, Sue Boyette of Taylorsville, N.C.; 14 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
Besides his parents, Carson was also preceded in death by a Sister, Hilda Mamelli; Brothers, H.L. Hardy, Billie Hardie, and Johnny Hardee.

Michael Iosue
Michael A. Iosue, age 69, of Springfield, TN passed away December 1, 2014. Mike was a graduate of Bosse High School in Evansville, IN and Vanderbilt University in 1970 where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity.
He was a leader in the textile and decorated apparel industry for over 35 years. Mike was an avid golfer, sports enthusiast and loyal Commodores fan. Much to his family’s delight, in his later years he discovered he was a very talented cook, serving up the best prime rib, chicken Parmesan and fettuccini alfredo meals in the northern hemisphere.
In spring 2011 he was diagnosed with AML. Given a 10% chance of surviving 2 years, Mike valiantly battled this disease, enduring many sessions of chemo therapy, setbacks, and a bone marrow transplant. In the 3 ˝ years post diagnosis, Mike remained positive and upbeat. He lifted up everyone around him with that quick wit and sense of humor. He lived these months and years to the fullest and captured the best that each day, relationship, and experience gave him. Mike charged forward into topical debates on politics, sports, family folklore and heavy metal mosh pits.Michael was born February 24, 1945. He was preceded in death by his parents Bedie Mae Newman and Salvatore Iosue, as well as his sister Medora Madison. Michael is survived by his wife of 48 years, Barbara (Mullane) Iosue. He is also survived by his son Michael (Laura) Iosue, his grandson Jonathan, his niece Dorothy Moog, and many cousins.
Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, December 5 at 1:00PM with Brother David Allen Jackson officiating at Buchanan United Methodist Church in Buchanan, TN, with burial immediately following at Bethel cemetery in Buchanan, TN. Gathering of friends and family will be Thursday evening and Friday morning at the McEvoy Funeral Home in Paris, TN. The family would like to thank all of our dear family and friends for their support, prayers and kind condolences.
