John Thomas Taylor
John Thomas Taylor, age 64, of Springville, TN, died Sunday, June 1, 2014, at Residence in Springville, TN. He married
Angela "Angie" Gardner Taylor July 30, 1994, who survives.
He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church & a member of the Knights of Columbus. John retired after 40 years as Refuge Manager for the U. S. Fish & Wildlife Service He was a member of the Paris Optimist Club & a member Friends of National Wildlife Refuge and served on the board..
He was the son of the late Charles Taylor and Louise Lee Taylor Keaton of Crossville, TN
Mr. Taylor also leaves three sons: Matthew Chase McDurmon of Springville, TN, Anderson Luke Taylor of Springville, TN & Beau Thomas Taylor of Springville, TN. Two Sisters:Trudy Reynolds of Knoxville, TN & Brenda Barker of Crossville, TN. One Brother-Charles "Chuck" G. Taylor, III of Knoxville, TN & his in laws Robert “Buddy” & Delaine Gardner of Springville, TN
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap St. - P.O. Box 788, Paris, Tenn., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM Wednesday, June 4, 2014, with a Rosary Service at 7:30 PM. The funeral service will be at Holy Cross Catholic Church at 10:00 AM Thursday, June 5, 2014, with Father Kris Rusin officiating. Burial of cremains will follow the service in the Elkhorn Cemetery
Dr. Artie Peacher
Dr. Artie Peacher, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The funeral service will be at 2:00 pm Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at the Bumpus Mills Church of Christ, with Phil Dunn, Johnny Harris, and Ken Gossett to officiate, burial will follow in the Greenhill Cemetery, Bumpus Mills, TN. Visitation will be from 3:00 - 8:00 pm Monday at the Bumpus Mills Church of Christ and from 10:00 am until the time of service Tuesday.
He was born July 23, 1953 in Clarksville, TN, son of Joseph and Ruby Tippit Peacher. Dr. Peacher was a graduate of the University of Tennessee Memphis College of Dentistry. He was a member of the TDA, ADA, and the 8th District Dental Society. He was also an elder and member of the Bumpus Mills Church of Christ.
He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph William Peacher and his in laws, Burke and Nadean Woodson. Survivors include his mother, Ruby Peacher, Indian Mound, wife, Connie Peacher, whom he married
on June 18, 1976, sons, Byron Peacher (Amanda), Murray, KY, Adrian Peacher, Dover, TN, granddaughter Anna Elizabeth Peacher, Murray, KY, brothers, Teddy Joe Peacher (Donna), Huntsville, AL, Terry Peacher (Jing), Clarksville, TN, William Peacher (Patricia), Cadiz, KY, sister, Wanda Peacher, Dover, TN, and brother-in-law, Marlon Woodson, Nashville, TN.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Peacher's office family, Dr. Joel Gaw, Debbie Kent, Lisa Glasgow, Patsy Wallace, Holli Dill, Monica Shepherd, Amanda Peacher, Cynthia Evans, and the men of the Bumpus Mills Church of Christ.

Doris M. Owens, age 83, of Paris, Tenn., died Saturday, May 24 at her residence.
She married
Bobby Joe Owens Sept. 10, 1955, who survives.
She was a member of Temple Baptist where she had been very active in church work, including teaching Sunday School. She was a homemaker.
She was the daughter of the late Marvin Poole and the late Mattie (Adams) Poole.
She is survived by her husband Bobby Joe Owens; daughter Lynn Douglass of Paris, Tenn., three sons : Wyatt (Cindy) Owens of Buchanan, Tenn., David (Jeanna) Owens of Paris, Tenn. & Dan (Tammy) Owens of Paris, Tenn.

Clara Rogers
Clara Nelle Rogers, age 87, of Palmersville, Tenn., died Thursday, May 22 at Martin Healthcare Center in Martin, Tenn.
She was a member of Member Pleasant View Baptist Church in Dukedom, Tenn. and a homemaker.
She was the daughter of the late Anderson Shannon and the late Nellie Riggs Shannon.
She is survived by her son Billy Wayne (Emma J.) Turner of Palmersville, Tenn.
Visitation for friends and family of Rogers will be held from 9 to 11 AM Saturday, May 24 at Ridgeway Funeral Home with funeral services to be held at 11 AM Saturday, May 24 in LeDon Chapel of Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Interment will be at Pleasant View cemetery in Dukedom, Tenn.
Loyd Reynolds
Loyd Reynolds, age 75, of the Britton Ford Community in Springville, Tenn., died Thursday, May 22 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn.
He formerly owned and operated Reynolds Transmission. He was the former owner of the Crows Ness restaurant in Springville. Loyd formerly attended Mansfield Baptist Church. He was an avid fisherman who loved the water. He loved horses, to cook and host fish frys for the Britton Ford Community. He was known as the Patriarch of the Britton Ford Community.
Reynolds was the son of the late James Reynolds and the late Irah Brown Reynolds. He is also survived by: Daughters, Barbara (Mason) Conger of Paris, Tenn., Donna Witherspoon & special friend James Clark of Paris, Tenn. Step Daughter-Kim (Scott) Morris of Murray, Ky., Sons-Larry Hicks of Gallatin, Tenn. & Steve Hicks of Mayfield, Ky. Four Sisters: Helen (James) Glisson of Paris, Tenn., Dorothy Gallimore of Dresden, Tenn., Ruby (Jim) Morrison of Paris, Tenn., Ruth (Paul) Key of Paris, Tenn.

Jeremy Raymer
Jeremy Drew Raymer, age 25, of Henry, Tenn., died Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at Vanderbilt Univ. Med. Center in Nashville, Tenn.
He was married
Sept. 9, 2008 to Angel Seeber Raymer, and she survives.
He was a Baptist and loved fishing, spending time with his children, and being in the woods and enjoyed bonfires.
He was born November 28, 1988 to father, Larry (Daphne) Raymer of Cordova, TN and mother, Marcia Prince of Henry, TN.
Besides his wife and parents, Jeremy is also survived by his One Daughter, Paetyn Raymer age 5 of Henry, Tenn; One Son, Levi Raymer age 6 of Henry, Tenn; One Sister, Bobbie Sue (James) Stavely of McKenzie, Tenn; Two Brothers, Larry "Don" Raymer, III of Henry, Tenn, Justin (Bianca) Raymer of Sidonia, Tenn; Grandparents, Larry and Linda Raymer Sr. of Paris, TN; Special Uncle, Jerry (Carolyn) Clayton; Several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins; Mother-in-law, Susan Cross of Henry, TN; Sister-in-laws, Hayley Cross of Henry, TN and Brittane Thorn of Paris, TN; Brother-in-law, Blane Seeber of KY.

Violet Sanders
Violet Fitch Sanders, age 99 of Paris died at the Henry County Medical Center on Tuesday May 20th.
Visitation will be 11am to 1pm Friday May 23rd with service to be held at 1pm at McEvoy Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bevil Cemetery.
Billy Davis
Billy Tom Davis, age 77, of Paris, Tenn., died Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at Henry County Healthcare Center in Paris, Tenn.
He was married
in 1956 to Bobbie Jo Ridgway Davis, and she survives.
Billy Tom was a member of Oak Hill Union Methodist Church. He formerly worked for Kroger and was retired from the TN National Guard. He also formerly owned and operated a Trucking Co. He was also a longtime farmer and Former member of the Elks Lodge and had served as a Commissioner for Henry County Water Works Board.
He was born June 27, 1936 in Paris, TN to the late Tom Davis and the late Erin Pillow Davis.
Besides his wife, Billy Tom is also survived by his One Daughter, Jennifer Davis of Camden, Tenn; Two Sons, Danny (Tammy) Davis of Leesburg, Va, Jeffery (Judy) Davis of Paris, Tenn; One Sister, Irlene Clement of Brownsville, Tenn; 2 Grandchildren, Adrianne McNutt and Friend Dustin Foust of Paris, TN, Miranda Barrett of Paris, TN; 6 Great Grandchildren, Blake Barrett, Bradley Barrett, Briley Barrett, Kierra Foust, Rebecca McNutt, and Taylor Warden; 2 Step Grandchildren, Billy Clayton and Amy Cooper; 2 step Great Grandchildren, Joseph Robertson, and Daniel Clayton.
