Mrs. Marie Beckham

Mrs. Marie Beckham, age 80 of Lewisburg, TN, died Sunday in Nashville, TN at St. Thomas Hospital. Mrs. Beckham was the daughter of the late Ollie and Zena Gibson Foster. She was retired from Faber-Castell as an accounting manager and a member of Church Street Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband, of fifty years,Ross Beckham. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial in Lone Oak Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm on Monday and until the funeral hour on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Church St. Scholarship Fund. London Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Barbara Joyce Bailey

Mrs. Barbara Joyce Bailey, age 67 of Lynnville, TN, died Thursday morning in Nashville, TN at St. Thomas Hospital. Mrs. Bailey was a native of Nappanee, Indiana and daughter of the late Ted Huffman and Mrs. Helen Ward Warrick of Columbus, Indiana. She was employed as a Senior Buyer with Teledyne Corporation and member of the methodist church. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Troy Bailey of Lynnville, TN, daughter, Jodie Hardy of Indianapolis, Indiana, son, Kevin Bailey of Elkhart, Indiana, two sisters, Martha Aikman of Bloomington, Indiana and Cynthia Witwer of Columbus, Indiana, brother, Steven Warrick of Elkhart, Indiana, and three grandchildren. Mrs. Bailey will be cremated and graveside services will be conducted Saturday, October 4, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. in Lynnwood Cemetery in Lynnville, TN. London Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Bessie Mildred Adams, age 90 of Lewisburg, died Wednesday morning in NHC (Oakwood) Healthcare. Mrs. Adams was a native of Bedford Co., TN and daughter of the late Samuel and Sarah Williams Gilley. She owned and operated Adams Cloth Shop in Lewisburg for several years. She was a member of Farmington Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Clifford Adams in 1983, and daughter, Charlotte Ann Adams, she is survived by two sons, Johnny Wade Adams of Lewisburg and Daniel Edward Adams of Tyler, Texas, three daughters, Mary Jane (W.D.) Kilpatrick of Franklin, TN, Sharon (Paul)  Johnson of Mt. Juliet, TN and Pamela (John) Miller of Belfast, TN, sister, Myrtle Miller of Athens, Alabama, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial in Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will be at London Funeral Home Thursday after 3:00 p.m. and Friday until the funeral hour for visitation. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Farmington Baptist Church 2777 Nashville Hwy. Lewisburg, TN 37091. London Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Hart was a native of Marshall Co., TN and daughter of the late Walter and Emma Hemphill Welch. She was retired from Genesco, Inc. and member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius W. Hart in 1986 and is survived by two daughters, Judy Moorehead of Petersburg, TN and Jean Griffin of St. Simons Island, GA, brother, Warren Welch of Booneshill Community, two sisters, Sarah Edde of Lewisburg and Melba Mitchell of Petersburg, TN, two grandchildren, Jeremy Moorehead and Crystal Moorehead and two great grandchildren, Carley Moorehead and Samantha Moorehead. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 25, 2003 at 11:00 a.m from the Chapel of London Funeral Home with burial in Old Orchard Cemetery. Jeffrey Todd Mealer, age 39 of Lewisburg, died Tuesday, September 16, 2003 in Atlanta, GA. Jeff was a native of Marshall Co., TN and son of the late D.J. Mealer and Mrs. Virginia Darnell Mealer Bills of the Berlin Community. He was an author and member of Lewisburg First Baptist Church. In addition to his Mother, he is survived by one sister, Diane Holder of Verona, two brothers, Danny Mealer of the Berlin Community and Tim Mealer of Lewisburg, two step-brothers, Johnny Bills of Atlanta, GA and Frank Bills of Knoxville, TN, four nieces, two nephews and two great nieces and life partner, Mike Tabers of Atlanta, GA. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, September 20, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of London Funeral Home with burial in Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will be at London Funeral Home Friday after 2:00 p.m. and Saturday until the funeral hour for visitation. London Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Cozart was a native of Marshall Co., TN and son of the late William Clifford and Christeen Adams Cozart. He was retired from Blalock Plumbing & Heating. He served for several years in the Tennessee National Guard and was a member of Lewisburg First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Rogers Cozart of Lewisburg, two daughters, Carol Lee Cozart and Lisa Demumbran both of Lewisburg, two sisters, Betty Ann Smith of Pulaski, TN and Beatrice Jett of Lewisburg, three grandchildren, one great granddaughter and three step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Charles David Cozart, daughter, Vickey Frye and brother, Tommy Cozart. Funeral services will conducted by Rev. Tom Dumser Wednesday, September 17, 2003 at 12:00 noon from the Chapel of London Funeral Home with burial in Lone Oak Cemetery. Mrs. Wolaver was a native of Marshall Co., TN and daughter of the late Herbert Hoyle and Mazie Wilma Davis Glenn. She was retired from Petersburg Manufacturing and was a member of the Richland Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She is survived by three sons, Bobby Wolaver and Jimmy Wolaver both of Cornersville and Tommy Wolaver of Mt. Pleasant, TN, three sisters, Ruby McDaniel and Elinor George both of Lewisburg and Hilda Ramsey of Fort Wayne, Indiana, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home with burial in Short Cemetery. The family will be at Cornersville Funeral Home after 4:00 p.m. Saturday and until the funeral hour on Sunday for visitation. Cornersville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Richardson was a native of Marshall Co., TN, and a daughter of the late Ed F. and Nannie Mae Hardison Morton. She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Nolan Richardson in 1987 and is survived by three daughters, Joan Trulove of Columbia, TN, Mary Jane Spivey of Lewisburg and Dot Kelley of Huntsville, AL, brother George Morton, sister Mary Ann Fry of Columbia, TN, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be concluded Tuesday at 3:00 pm from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial in Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will be at London Funeral Home Tuesday from 1:00 pm until the funeral hour at 3:00 pm for visitation. Mr. Cochran was a native of Marshall Co., TN and the son of the late Don Cochran, Sr. and Dorothy Perryman Dillon. He was the owner of American Trash Company. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife: Vickie Cochran of Bon-Aqua, TN. One son: Don Cochran III of Bon-Aqua, TN. Three daughters: Dawn Marie Cochran, Cheryl Leigh Cochran, and Christy Adams all of Bon-Aqua, TN. Six sisters: Donna Ring of Lewisburg, Dana Cochran of Cornersville, Lynn Parish of Bon-Aqua, Connie Presley of Bon-Aqua, Tonya B. Tidwell of Bon-Aqua, and Michelle Cochran of Bon-Aqua. Three brothers: Jeff Cochran of Louisville, KY, Conway Cochran II of Bon-Aqua, and John Carl Cochran of Bon-Aqua. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 1:00 pm from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial in Cochran Cemetery. Mrs. Hardison was a native of Ripon, Wisconsin and daughter of the late Homer Harlow and Sophia Hetzel Rood. She was a homemaker and member of the First United Methodist Church Lewisburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Payne Hardison, Sr. in October of 1999. She is survived by two daughters, Charlene Hardison Minear of Palm City, FL and Malinda Myhr of Lewisburg, son, Robert Payne Hardison, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA, three sisters, Mildred Yeats of Jupiter, FL, Gwen Merrelo of Delray Beach, FL and Naomi Neider of Delray Beach, FL, three brothers, Harlow Rood, Roy Rood and Noel Rood all of Jupiter, FL, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 10:00 a.m. from the Lewisburg First United Methodist Church with burial in Bethlehem Cemetery. The family will be at London Funeral Home Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. for visitation. London Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
