Services will take place at the Carl Perkins Civic Center with burial following at Parkway Memorial Gardens. There will be a viewing only visitation for Mrs. Hilliard at the Jackson Chapel of Stephenson-Shaw Funeral Home on Wednesday between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. Mrs. Hilliard will also lie in state at the civic center on Thursday from 12 Noon until the time of service.

Services will take place at the Bells Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with burial following in the Old Liberty Cemetery. The family will recieve friends at the Jackson chapel of Stephenson-Shaw Funeral Home on Tuesday between the hours of 5:00 and 8:00 P.M.
Mr. Wade is survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Virginia Dickerson Wade and children; Mr. Howard Powell, Mrs. Joann Sumrall, Mr. Travis Wade, Jr., Mr. Floyd Wade, Mrs. Beverly Shaw, Mr. Wendell Wade, and Mr. Mendel Wade.
Mr. Wade is also survived by his sister; Ms. Pauline Wade, and Mrs. Joyce Cole. Brothers include Mr. Ulysses Wade, Sr., Mr. Johnny Wade,Mr. M.D. Wade, Jr., Mr. Littleton Wade, Mr. Bobby Wade, and Mr. Herbert Wade.
