Pfc. Mark Daniel West

Fort Hood officials have released the name of a Soldier who died May 8, 2010 in Bryan, Texas, as a result of a motorcycle accident.
Pfc. Mark Daniel West, 22, of Girard, Ohio, joined the military in February 2008 as a cannon crewmember and was assigned to Battery B, 3rd Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, since January 2009.
West deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from January to December 2009.
West’s awards and decorations include the Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraqi Campaign
Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon and Army Service Ribbon.

Spc. Travis Lee Tamuty

Fort Hood officials have released the name of a soldier whose remains were positively identified on April 29, 2010 in San Marcos, CA.
Spc. Travis Lee Tamuty, 28, of Fallbrook, Calif., joined the military in September 2007 as an M1 armor crewman and was assigned to Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division, since January 2008.

Harold Bernard Teal

Services for Harold Bernard Teal, 76, of Salado were held May 3, 2010 at the Presbyterian Church of Salado. Teal died April 28, 2010 at the North Bay Hospital in Aransas Pass.
Harold was born February 7, 1934 in Sudan, Texas to Herbert B. Teal and Ethyl E. Stark.

Lillian Mae Calvin

Graveside services for Lillian Mae Calvin, 87, of Round Rock were held April 20, 2010 at Rest Haven cemetery in Belton.
She died April 16, 2010 at the Park Valley Inn nursing home where she resided in Round Rock.

William Adrian Jones

William Adrian Jones, Jr. 79, of Temple, and formerly of Salado, passed away April 18, 2010 in a Temple Nursing Home.

Graveside services for Emma Lou Alexander, 78, of Salado were held March 30, 2010 in West Columbia cemetery in West Columbia, Texas.

Services for Margaret Ladell “Dell” Mooneyham, 83, of Salado were April 9, 2010 at the Resthaven cemetery in Belton with Chaplain Gary Baxley officiating.

Spc. Randy Edwin O’Neal

Fort Hood officials have released the name of a Soldier who died April 7, 2010, in Gatesville, Texas of injuries sustained as a result of a traffic accident. Spc. Randy Edwin O’Neal, 21, of Hamilton, Texas, joined the military in June 2007 as a field artillery automated tactical data systems specialist and was assigned to Delta Troop, Division Special Troops Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division since October 2008.

Sgt. Ronald Lynn Robinson

Fort Hood officials have released the name of a Soldier who died April 6, 2010 at Brook Army Medical Center in San Antonio of heart failure. Sgt. Ronald Lynn Robinson, 27, of Slidell, La., joined the military in August 2002 as a information systems operator and was assigned to Charlie Company, 62nd Expeditionary Signal Battalion since October 2009.

Charles M. Lott

Charles M. Lott, age 85, of Temple died March 31, 2010 in a local hospital.
Services were held April 3 at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Rev.
Billy Koinm officiating.
Burial with military honors followed at Greathouse Cemetery.

Elta Lynn Burrows Mints

Elta Lynn Burrows Mints, 101, of Belton died Thursday, April 1, 2010 in a Temple nursing home.
Graveside services were held April 3 in North Belton Cemetery.

Cynthia Ann Nidositko Lamberth Boyde, formerly of Salado, passed away at age 65 on March 30, 2010.

Carolyn Sue Cox

Funeral services for Carolyn Sue Cox, 69, of Belton were held March 27, 2010 at the Heartfield Funeral Home Chapel in Belton.
Rev. Jay Thomas officiated. Burial followed at Live Oak cemetery in Youngsport.

Services for Victor Charles Fiorenza, 75, were held at the historic Salado Cemetery, Sunday, March 28, 2010.

Private First Class Donnell C. Harris

Fort Hood officials have released the name of a Soldier who died March 27, 2010 in Killeen, of an apparent gunshot wound.
Private First Class Donnell C. Harris, 23, of Linden, Mass., joined the military in June 2008 as an avenger crewmember.
He was assigned to Echo Battery, 1st Battalion, 44th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade.

Specialist Ryan A. Hill

Fort Hood officials have released the name of a Soldier who died March 25, 2010 after being found unresponsive at his home and could not be revived at Carl R. Darnall Medical Center Emergency Room here. Specialist Ryan A. Hill, 29, of Garland, Texas, joined the military in August 2005 as a food service specialist. He was assigned to Bravo Company, Warrior Transition Battalion. Hill deployed in Support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from Nov. 2005 through Nov. 2006.

Sarah A. Foster

Sarah Ann Foster passed away at Scott & White hospital on March 17, 2010 as a result of injuries sustained in an auto accident on March 17, 2010.

Jordan K. Lewallen

Funeral service for Jordan Kent Lewallen, age 7 of Salado, will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 22, 2010 at First Assembly of God Church in Belton, Texas. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Sunday March 21 at Dossman Funeral Home in Belton.

Marissa “Sissy” Timm 17 of Salado, Texas passed away Wednesday March 17, 2010.
Services will be held at Heritage Funeral Home Tuesday March 23, 2010 at 7:00 pm with visitation Tuesday March 23, 2010 at 6:00 pm.

Fort Hood officials have released the name of a Soldier who died March 16, 2010 in Mandeville, LA.
Sergeant Irvin Albert Mitchell Jr., 25, of Picayune, MS., joined the military in January 2005 as an avionic mechanic.
He was assigned to Delta Company, 2nd Battalion, 4th Aviation Regiment, 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, since November 2005.

Her ashes will be scattered by Jim and Lora Hansen of Killeen.
