She was born May 23, 1918, in Cuero, to the late Rev. Arthur A. and Wilhelmina Reinhard Hahn. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
Survivors: sons, David J. Fischer of New Orleans, Louisiana, A. Charles Fischer of Midland, Michigan, Daniel H. Fischer of Bellevue, Washington, and James A. Fischer of Sacramento, California; sister, Dorothea Darwell of Kallispell, Montana; brothers, Oscar Hahn of Houston and Dr. Andrew L. Hahn of Dunellen, New Jersey; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was born March 6, 1910, in Bexar County, to the late John A. and Ruth Curry Gifford. She was a farmer and a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Ralph Franzetti, 59, of Cuero, died Tuesday, November 12, 2002.
He was born October 20, 1943, in Austin, to the late Joe C. and Martha Sunberg Franzetti. He was a watchmaker for a jewelry store. He was a rodeo clown and an actor, appearing in such movies as "Red-Headed Stranger," "Johnny Be Good," and "My Boyfriend's Back." He was a Catholic.
Survivors: wife, Sandra Dimoree Franzetti of Cuero; daughter, Beverly Ann Torres of Grand Rapids, Mich.; son, Brian Lee Franzetti of Austin; brothers, Robert Franzetti and Monte Franzetti, both of Austin, and Murray Franzetti of Henderson; and five grandchildren.

He was born August 15, 1928, in Dobskyville, to the late George Sr. and Elizabeth Landgrebe Brandt. He was a retired operator at an aluminum plant at Alcoa in Point Comfort.

Juanita Taylor Young, 86, of Cuero, died Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2003.
She was born May 2, 1917, in DeWitt County, to the late Tom and Annie Belle Edwards Taylor. She was retired from Uniroyal Tire Company in Detroit, Michigan, with 37 years of service.
Survivors: sisters, Wilma Humes of Cuero and Algeretta Taylor of Pomona, California; and brothers, Walter Taylor and Marvin Taylor, both of Detroit, Michigan.
Preceded in death by: parents; sister, Ezella Stegall; and brothers, Caleb Taylor, Willie Taylor, and Seymour Taylor.

Cecilia R. Angermiller
Cecilia Rose Angermiller, 92, of Ijamsville, Maryland, and formerly of Yorktown, died Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2003.
She was born Nov. 13, 1910, in Yorktown, to the late August and Rose Marie Zielonka Boldt. She was a homemaker and a Catholic.
Survivors: daughter, Rosalie Wienhoff of Ijamsville, Maryland; brother, Edwin Boldt of Victoria; ten grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Delphine Adickes Schmidt
Delphine Adickes Schmidt, 85, of Mission Valley, died Sunday, Oct. 12, 2003.
She was born March 11, 1918 in Mission Valley to the late Adolph and Adeline Reinecke Adickes. Delphine worked many years in Cuero at Cuero Foodcraft, Koenig Drive-In, the Barbecue Station, and as a greeter at Wal-Mart. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Mission Valley.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Nick Greco; grandchildren, Jim Greco, Kim Eveleth, Jeffrey Schmidt, Michelle Samford, and Bradley Schmidt; eight great-grandchildren; and sisters, Lillie Heller of Mission Valley and Ethel Heller of Inez.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. B. Schmidt; her parents; and a sister Elsie Adickes.
Visitation was Tuesday, October 14 at Freund Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 15 at 10 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Mission Valley, with the Rev. Paul Muehlbrad officiating. Burail will be in Hillside Cemetery, Cuero, under the direction of Freund Funeral Home, 361-275-2343.
