ODESSA — Frances P. White, 82, of Odessa, a retired bus driver, died Saturday, Sept. 14, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born in Hamlin and moved to Odessa in 1947 from Sweetwater.

CRANE — Timothy Tayvin Jude Black, 2 months, of Crane died Saturday, Sept. 14, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.

VALENTINE — Billy Ray “Bill” Evans, 63, of Valentine, a rancher, died Monday, Nov. 25, 2002.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Valentine cemetery. Arrangements by Geeslin Funeral Home.
He was born in Wichita Falls.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Patsy Evans of Valentine; son, Hal Evans of Balmorhea; daughter, Nikki Word of Longview; stepdaughters, Shari Hawkins and Shelley Boettcher, both of Alpine; and six grandchildren.

FORT STOCKTON — Mauricia “Wisha” Garcia, 73, of Fort Stockton, a housekeeper, died Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2002, in Fort Stockton.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Agnes Church with the Rev. David Herrera officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Friday at St. Agnes Church. Burial will be at Fort Stockton Catholic cemetery. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.

WICKETT — Hubert R. Bright, 84, of Odessa, a retired maintenance superintendent, died Friday, Nov. 22, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital.

He was born in Stone County, Ark. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Wilma Bright of Wickett; sons, Arnold Bright of Jonesboro, Ark., Donald Bright of Houston and Allen Bright of Austin; sisters, Edith Freeze of Monahans and Lola Canard of Mountain View, Ark.; eight grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
