Florence Elizabeth Stapp
ODESSA — Florence Elizabeth Stapp, 75, of Odessa, Texas, formerly of Bakersfield, Calif., died Sunday, Aug. 25, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
A private memorial service is to be arranged. Arrangements entrusted to Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born on July 6, 1927, in Ti, Okla., to Oscar and Ollie Cole Reynolds. She was a cook and volunteer of Kern County Senior Citizen Center in Bakersfield, Calif. She was Baptist. She enjoyed fishing, travel, playing cards, gardening, and cooking. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hurshel Stapp; her mother and father; her aunt, Anna Mae Majers; and brother, Clifford Reynolds.
Survivors include daughters, Linda Williams and Myra Cesmet, both of Bakersfield, Calif.; brothers, C. F. Reynolds of Mississippi, R. D. Reynolds of Oklahoma, Robert Ranells of Arkansas and Lonny Reynolds of Florida; sister, Ann Willingham of Odessa, Texas; grandchildren, Dana Ashbee, Drake Cesmet and Darren Cesmet; and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Hospice House in Odessa, in lieu of flowers.

ODESSA — Charles E. Foshee, 65, of Odessa, an employee of United Industries, died Monday, July 15, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital.

He was born in Clanton, Ala. He was a Navy veteran.

McCAMEY — Gloria Roach, 58, of McCamey, a homemaker, died Saturday, July 13, 2002, at Desert View Manor Care Center in Crane.

She was born in Jesup, Ga., and was a resident of McCamey since 1997.
