He was a retired oil field worker and a Baptist.

ODESSA - Clara Ethel Carman Gage, 98, of Odessa, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 1997, at Deerings Nursing Center.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, 1997, in the chapel of Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors with the Rev. Johnny Thomason officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. at the Roscoe City cemetery in Roscoe. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Second Baptist Church.

CAMP WOOD - Robert Eugene 'Bob' Horn, 71, of Camp Wood, died Saturday, Nov. 29, 1997, at the Camp Wood Convalescent Center.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, 1997, at the Montell Methodist Church in Montell with the Rev. Bill Fierro officiating. Burial will follow in Montell cemetery. Arrangements by Nelson Funeral Home of Camp Wood.
He had a 45-year career as a West Texas newspaperman, and he retired in 1988 after 20 years as a staff writer and city editor at the Odessa American.

WICHITA FALLS - Leona G. Smith, 89, of Wichita Falls, died Friday, Nov. 28, 1997, at a Wichita Falls nursing home.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

COLEMAN - Martin Sonny Cutcher, 65, of Coleman, a retired mechanic and oilfield worker, died Monday, Dec. 1, 1997, at Coleman County Medical Center.

He was born in Dallas and moved to Coleman from Odessa in 1989. He was a veteran of the Korean War.

He was born in Wynona, Okla. He was a Methodist.

He was born in Tahoka and had lived in Monahans for five years. He was an Army veteran.

He was born in Korea and had been a resident of Odessa since 1991. He was a member of the Midland Korean Church.

She was born in Sanderson and had been a resident of Fort Stockton since 1965. She was a Catholic.

She was born in Presidio and was a longtime resident of Pecos. She was Catholic.
