ODESSA Carter Jay Cox, 40, of Odessa, a truck driver, died Saturday, May 31, 2003, at his residence.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Rose Hill cemetery with the Rev. Randy Demetro officiating. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home.
He was born in Big Spring. He was Christian.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Patsy Cox of Odessa; sons, Joseph Jay Cox and Jeremiah James Cox, both of Odessa; daughter, Jessica Louise Cox of Odessa; mother, Mae Lavern Cox of Odessa; brother, Joe C. Cox of Lubbock; sisters, Krystal Smith and Connie Poucher, both of Odessa.
Viola Locke
GORDON Viola Vivian Locke, 85, of Mineral Wells died Monday, June 2, 2003, in Fort Worth.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Gordon cemetery. Arrangements by Baum-Carlock-Baumgardner Funeral Home in Mineral Wells.
She was born in Mineral Wells.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Jimmy Locke of Lone Camp and Robert Locke of Plano; daughters, Judy Ferguson of Sallisaw and Nelda Beason of Odessa; three sisters; three brothers; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Fred Smith
MONAHANS Fred Smith, 87, of Monahans, owner of Freds Bar-B-Q, died Sunday, June 1, 2003, at Hospice House in Odessa.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeppie Wilson officiating. Burial will be at Monahans Memorial cemetery.
Arrangements by Heritage Funeral Home.
He was born in Kerens. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Sammie Lee Smith of Monahans; brothers, C.J. Smith of Abilene, Clete Smith of Fort Worth and Robert Smith of Clovis, N.M.; and sister, Dora Cook of Fort Worth.
Eleuterio Corrales
KERMIT Eleuterio M. Corrales, 76, of Kermit, a retired city worker, died Friday, Jan. 10, 2003, at his residence.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Family Services Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Tom Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at Kermit cemetery. Arrangements by Family Services Funeral Parlor.
He was born in Valentine.
SURVIVORS: Sisters, Teresa V. Lopez of Capitola, Calif., Geneveva Figueroa of Odessa, and Petra Perez of Clifton; brothers, Francisco Muniz of Clifton, Oscar Muniz and Faustino Muniz of El Paso, Trinidad Muniz of Presidio, and Esteban Muniz and Alvino Muniz of Kermit.

ODESSA Jullean Crane, 85, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Saturday, January 11, 2003, at Hospice House.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. C.E. Sheffield officiating. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
She was a member of Church of God.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Brenda Allison of Odessa; and sons, Delmar Crane and Ray Lavern Crane, both of Odessa.

ODESSA Roland A. Gann, 81, of Odessa, died Saturday, Jan. 11, 2003, at Medical Center Hospital.
A family visitation will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Marion County, Ala. He was Baptist.

KERMIT Bonnie Lee Kline, 79, of Santa Anna, a retired restaurant owner, died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2003, at Holiday Hill Nursing Home.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Kermit cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel.
She was a 50-year resident of Winkler County. She was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Sue Graves of Santa Anna; brother, Owen Connelly of Albuquerque, N.M.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Irene Martin
ODESSA Irene Hall Martin, 82, of Odessa, a retired school cook, died Friday, Jan. 10, 2003, at Lea County Regional Hospital in Hobbs, N.M.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Monday in the Frank W. Wilson Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Dan Smelser officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
She was a 42-year resident of Odessa.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Bennie Reeves of Virginia Beach, Charles Martin of Dallas and Tommy Martin; daughter, Sue Hicks of Hobbs, N.M.; 17 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

MIDLAND Frank Miller, 58, of Midland, died Saturday, Jan. 11, 2003, in Midland.
