ODESSA — Ismael Tarin Velasco, 65, of Odessa, a truck driver, died Monday, April 28, 2003, at Medical Center Hospital.
Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Thurday at the Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Mark Woodruff officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home.
He was born in Presidio. He was Christian.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Gloria Velasco of Odessa; son, Joseph A. Lujan of El Paso; daughters, Rosemary Tarango, Norma Chasco and Joanna Loya, all of Odessa; sisters, Cruz Vasquez of Odessa and Bernicia Villalobos of Austin; and 11 grandchildren.

Triona Bingham
ODESSA — Triona Bingham, 75, of Odessa, died Tuesday, April 29, 2003, at Hospice House.
Services are pending with Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.

Sandy Russey
MONAHANS — Sandy Russey, 57, of Monahans, a homemaker, died Wednesday, April 23, 2003, at her residence.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Heritage Funeral Chapel with Gary Wallace officiating. Arrangements by Heritage Funeral Home.
She was born in Fort Worth and was a 28-year resident of Monahans. She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Dale Russey of Monahans; son, Chuck Dilday of Vernon; daughters, Tina Reyes of Odessa and Adina Watts of Azell; mother, Jewel Nichols of Monahans; brother, Danny Nichols of Flight Settlement; and six grandchildren.

Eva White
SEMINOLE — Eva Lillian White, 96, of Seminole, a homemaker, died Friday, April 25, 2003, at Memorial Health Care Center in Seminole.
Services were 10 a.m. Saturday at Boyer Funeral Home in Seminole, with Calvin Partain officiating. Burial was at Gaines Memorial cemetery North. Arrangements by Boyer Funeral Home of Seminole.
She lived in Lorenzo. She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Tommie Rhea of Kingsland and Marion Partain of Belen, N.M.; brothers, Allen Harrington of Bakersfield, Calif. and Doyle Harrington of Shawnee, Oklahoma; sister, Ethel Cady of Bakersfield, Calif.; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

MIDLAND — Travis Gordon, 69, of Midland, died Saturday, April 26, 2003 at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Services are pending with Stevens Funeral Home in Coleman.

MONAHANS — Pauline Duncan, 87, of Monahans, retired head of maintenance for Ward County, died Friday, April 25, 2003, at Monahans Managed Care Center.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Monahans Memorial cemetery Pavilion with the Rev. Owen Sharp officiating. Arrangements by Heritage Funeral Home.
She was born in Lorenzo. She was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Son, Billy Alexander of Monahans; brother, Laird Reeves of Wickett; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

BRADY — E.B. Sinclair, 84, of Brady, an oilfield worker, died Thursday, April 24, 2003, in Temple.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Rest Haven cemetery. Arrangements by Leatherwood Memorial Chapels.
He was born in Brownwood and was a longtime resident of Brady. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Don Sinclair of Houston and Danny Sinclair of Fort Worth; sisters, Geneva Watts of Richardson and Helen Belue of Zavalla; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Dovie Wilson
ODESSA — Dovie J. Wilson, 80, formerly of Odessa, a retired hair stylist, died Tuesday, April 22, 2003, in Denver, Colo.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Mount Olive Baptist Church with the Rev. E. Fleming officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
She was born in Lindale and was a longtime resident of Odessa. She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church.
SURVIVORS: Stepson, Edward L. Wilson of Amarillo; and one grandchild.

Bessie Clark
STANTON — Bessie Mae Clark, 86, of Stanton died Thursday, April 24, 2003, at Stanton Care & Rehabilitation.
Services are pending with Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

MULESHOE — Herman E. Smith, 93, of Muleshoe, died Friday, April 25, 2003, in Muleshoe.

She was born in Kit Carson, Colo.
SURVIVORS: Several nieces and nephews.

ODESSA — Gene Dixon, 90, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Friday, April 18, 2003, at Parks Methodist Retirement Village.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Post and moved to Odessa in 1930.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Bobbie Adams of Granbury; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

MIDLAND — Mike Puckett, 46, of Midland, died Saturday, April 19, 2003, at a Midland Hospital.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Crestview Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. John Gerlach officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangments by Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.
He was born in Kermit and moved to Midland in 1989. He was Baptist.
