Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Jal, N.M., with the Rev. Jim Green officiating. Burial will be at Kermit cemetery. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel in Kermit.
She was born in Carrington, Mo., and was a resident of Jal. She was Baptist.

MAY - Jack D. 'Dizzy' Dean Sr., 69, a former Phillips Petroleum Co. plant operator and leak detector, died Thursday, Oct. 23, 1997, at Brownwood Regional Medical Center.
Services will be at 11 a.m. today at May First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dennis Hester officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Valley cemetery. Arrangements by Heartland Funeral Home in Early.
He was born in Thrifty and was a resident of Lake Brownwood. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.

IMPERIAL - Dwain Arthur Elliott, 78, a retired heavy machine operator, died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 1997, at Medical Center Hospital.

He was born in Gypsum, Kan., and was a longtime resident of Imperial. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
