EVANSTON, Wyo. — Alvin Leroy “Mac” Michaelis, 83, of Evanston, Wyo., a retired employee of Phillips Petroleum Company, died Tuesday, May 6, 2003, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Graveside services were May 11 at the Evanston cemetery. A memorial service was held at the Purple Sage Golf Clubhouse. Arrangements by Crandall Funeral Home.
He was born in Hill City, Kan. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
