LEHIGH ACRES, FLA. — Leemon “Bud” Bostick, 81, of Lehigh Acres, Fla., died April 29, 2003 at his residence.

ODESSA — Justo Deanda Gonzales, 81, a retired sexton, died Saturday, July 12, 2003, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Odessa with the Rev. Gilbert Rodriguez officiating. A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Monday at Martinez Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Shafter. He was Catholic.

ODESSA — Fidencio J. Arroyo, 64, of Odessa, died Saturday, July 12, 2003, at Hospice House in Odessa.

Eraclio Espinoza Jr.
ALPINE — Eraclio G. Espinoza Jr., 55, of Alpine, was called to Our Lord Monday, July 7, 2003.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church with Father Rick Ruiz officiating. Military burial will be at Holy Angels cemetery. Funeral services entrusted to Geeslin Funeral Home.
Mr. Espinoza was born October 7, 1947, in Alpine to Esperanza Garcia and Eraclio Espinoza Sr. Eraclio was wed on June 4, 1973, to Eloisa Guerrero. He served his country as a member of the United States Army during the Vietnam War. While in service, Eraclio was awarded the Purple Heart, Vietnam Service Medal with three Bronze Service Stars, the National Defense Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal and the Combat Infantryman Badge. He also achieved the status of sharpshooter with the M-14 and M-16 rifles and was an expert marksman with the M-60 machine gun. Eraclio had been employed by the United States Postal Service for 30 years. He was a member of the VFW and the Catholic Church. Eraclio was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Eloisa Espinoza of Alpine; his daughters, Gina Mata and Jennifer Garica, both of Alpine; his sons, Michael Espinoza, Jesse Acosta and Abel Losoya, all of Alpine, and Eddy Acosta of El Paso; his mother, Esperanza Espinoza of Alpine; his sisters, Sylvia Rodriguez and Carmen Rodriguez, both of Fort Stockton, Rebecca Acosta, Marcela Molinar, Mary Conant and Clemencia Reyes, all of Alpine; his brothers, Jesus Jose Espinoza and Raymond Espinoza, both of Alpine; eight grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

ODESSA — Funeral services for Brian Christopher Pool, age 29, of San Antonio, are scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday, July 12, 2003, at Hubbard Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Weymouth officiating. Burial will be in Monahans Memorial Park.
He passed away in San Antonio on Tuesday, July 8, 2003.
Mr. Pool was born November 15, 1973, in Dallas, Texas. He was a student at San Antonio College. He was a member of Parker Heights Christian Church.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Lina and Larry Murray of Odessa; his father and stepmother, Ben and Lenora Pool of Sonora; his sister, Rachael Pool of Odessa; his step grandfather, Ed Murray of Odessa; and step grandmother, Irma Luckie of San Angelo. He is also survived by four stepbrothers, Shannon Rushing, Trey Rushing, Levi Pool and Jason Murray; and a stepsister, Candice Joyner.

W.E. ‘Pug’ Lyles
W.E. “Pug” Lyles, 85, a longtime resident of Odessa passed away April 15, 2003, at Seabury Nursing Home. He was born August 1, 1917, in Fort Stockton. He was a side gunner in the U.S. Air Force during WWII. He owned Lyles Real Estate.
He loved fishing, music and sports, especially the Cowboys.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ozelle Ellis Lyles.
He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Sherman Brownlee, David Ellis, Sheri Murray, Jimmy Ellis, Shawn Ellis, Bryan Brownlee, Wanda DeLaney, Ronnie Maikell, all of Odessa and Joe Ben Maikell of Saginaw, Tx, Charles McDonald of Prescott, Ariz, Madge Ely of Loop, Tx, Burnis Henderson of Granbury, Tx, Rossie Gideon of Panhandle, Tx, Bobbie Brown of Amarillo, C.W. Lyles of Brandon, Miss, Norman Cline of Dublin, Tx, and Charlotte Longley of Cleburne, Tx; sister-in-law, Pauline Lyles of Panhandle, Tx.
Services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, April 17, 2003, at Sunset Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Jess Little officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill cemetery.

Neilda Osburn
AUSTIN — Neilda Lou Blakely Osburn left this world on April 11, 2003, after a long hard fight with emphysema. She was born in Mountainair, New Mexico, on February 11, 1934, to James and Dennis Blakely. She was preceded in death by both of her parents.
She graduated from Snyder High School and went on to a long career in banking. She worked many years for National Bank of Odessa and went on to own and manage restaurants in Little Rock, San Angelo, and Burnett. Neilda worked hard all of her life and was fiercely independent until the end. She struggled and worked hard for all that she achieved. It is now time for her to find some peace and rest.
She is survived by Denise and Don Doyle and her grandchildren, Danielle and Melisa of Buda, Texas.
In honoring her last request, Neilda will be cremated and buried with her parents in Odessa, Texas, at Sunset Memorial Garden cemetery. She also requested that there would be no formal service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kindergarten Program at Del Valle Elementary School, 5400 Ross Road, Del Valle, Texas 78617.
