ODESSA -- Willie Stalik, 76, of Odessa, a retired driller and roughneck, died Thursday, March 19, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Central Baptist Church with the Revs. Mike Johnson and Vondell Drinkard officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Jones, Okla., and moved to Odessa in 1952 from Snyder. He was Baptist.
Survivors: Wife, Margaret Stalik of Odessa; son, Tom Stalik of Odessa; daughter, Nell Beverly of Dayton; brother, Stach Stalik of Parum, Okla.; sisters, Kay Howard of Midwest City, Okla., Virginia Hughes of Guthrie, Okla., Emma Williams of Terrell, Nadean Logsdon of Paducah, Ky.; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

ODESSA -- Edna J. Green, 83, of Odessa, died Friday, March 20, 1998, at her residence.

ANDREWS -- Wayne Aikey, 81, of Andrews, retired employee Enron, died Thursday, March 19, 1998, at his residence.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Means United Memorial Church with the Revs. Jim Terry and Bob Zap officiating. Burial will be at Andrews Old cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
He was born in Milesburo, Penn., and moved to Andrews in 1955 from Morton. He was a Methodist.
Survivors: Wife, Mary Aikey of Andrews; daughter, Shelia Aikey of San Antonio; brother, Melvin Aikey of Bellefounte, Penn.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Guadalupe Botello
PECOS -- Guadalupe G. Botello, 64, of Pecos, a mechanic and auto salesman, died Tuesday, March 17, 1998, at his residence after a lengthy illness.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with the Rev. Antonio Mena officiating. Rosary was said Thursday, March 19, 1998, at Matinez Funeral Home. Burial will be at Greenwood cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Bruni and was a lifetime resident of Monahans. He was Catholic.
Survivors: Wife, Delma Christina Botello of Monahans; parents, Francisco Botello and Matilde Garcia; son, Juan (Johnny) of Monahans; three daughters, Betty Williams of Columbus, Ohio; Christina Abila and Joann Marin, both of Monahans; brother, Jose G. Botello of Odessa; and nine grandchildren.

KERMIT -- Charles R. Counts, 74, of Kermit, a retired environmental engineer, died Wednesday, March 18, 1998, at Kermit Health Care Center.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at belvue Baptist Church with the Rev. Bobby Braswell officiating. Burial will be at Kermit cemetery.

He was born in Purdy, Mo., and was a 13-year resident of Kermit. He was a veteran of the Navy. He was a Baptist.

He was born in Mercury and had been a resident of Pecos since 1953.

ODESSA -- Victor J. Marburger, 96, of Lubbock, a retired oilfield worker, died Wednesday, March 18, 1998, at heritage Oaks Nursing Center in Lubbock.

He was born in Holly, Colo., and moved to Lubbock six years ago from Odessa. He was a Baptist.
