Visitation will be at the McCoy Funeral Home in San Angelo until noon Wednesday. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Roscoe Church of Christ with the Rev. Phil Collard officiating. Burial will be at Roscoe cemetery. Arrangements made by McCoy Funeral Home.
H was born Feb. 17, 1923, in Windom. He was a World War II veteran who served in the Army Air Corp.

Willis Kirby
ODESSA -- Willis Leon Kirby, 71, died Sunday, March 15, 1998.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Odessa Funeral Home Chapel with Bobby Phillips officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements made by Odessa Funeral Home.
He was born Sept. 4, 1926, in Cameran. He was both a U.S. Navy and U.S. Army veteran who served in World War II. He was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 4372.

ODESSA -- Tommie N. Moore, 71, died Saturday, March 14, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.

He was born July 24, 1926, in Waurika, Okla. He had lived in Odessa since 1948. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.

He was born Sept. 25, 1912, in Luling. He had lived in Odessa since 1996. He was a Baptist and served as a U.S. Ambassador to China in 1980.

MONAHANS -- Ray Jack Cacy, 84, an oil field worker for Perry R. Bass, died Thursday, March 12, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.

He was born in Oilton, Okla., and was a resident of Monahans for 49 years. He was Baptist.

He was born in Merkel and has been a resident of Odessa since 1967.

ODESSA -- Johnny Ray Vineyard, 66, a retired insurance salesman, died Wednesday, March 11, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.

He was born in Lefors and was a resident of Odessa. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
