He was born in Rochelle, Ill., and was Presbyterian. He served in the Navy aboard the USS Hancock.

Mrs. Calvert was born on December 17, 1911, in Coke County, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Robert Lee.
Mrs. Calvert is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John William Barnett; her husband, William L. Calvert; a son, Finis Leonard Calvert; three sisters; and one brother.

Billy Dean Neel was born Dec. 15, 1930, in Duncan, Okla., to Ray and Christine Russell Neel. He served in the U.S. Army. He owned and operated Zebs Tap Room until his retirement in 1993. He was Baptist.
He is survived by son, Randy Neel of Burleson; daughters, Sandra West of Burleson, Denise Collins of Burleson and Janis Bolt of Joshua; his companion, Rose Clapper of Odessa, her children, Shawn Clapper of Odessa, Tonya Randall and husband, Josh, of Andrews; brother, Richard Neel of Brownwood; sister, Ruth Richardson of Plano; and several grandchildren.
