ODESSA — John “Big John” Williams, 60, of Odessa, a retired oil consultant, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2003, in Wisconsin, of cancer.
Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Odessa and was a lifetime resident of Odessa.

ODESSA — R.D. Phillips, 68, of Odessa, a retired employee of B.S.I., died Monday, Nov. 24, 2003, at his residence.

He was born in Amarillo. He was a U.S. Marines veteran of the Korean War.

ODESSA — Dr. Niles Reid Foster, 46, of Odessa, a podiatrist, died Monday, Aug. 18, 2003, at his residence.

He was a U.S. Marines veteran of the Vietnam War.
