Jack Little

ODESSA -- Jack Little, 48, of Odessa, a drilling superintendent for Nabors Drilling Company, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1998, in Odessa.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

He was born in Shreveport, La., and moved to Odessa in 1964.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Sherry Little of Odessa; sons, Kenneth Little of Odessa and Shayne Little of Midwest City, Okla.; daughters, Stephanie Medford and Brandy Barry, both of Odessa; father, A.L. Cave of Odessa; sister, Elizabeth Fowler of Chickasha, Okla.; brother, Ricky Little of Odessa; and eight grandchildren.

Zelda Neill

MONAHANS -- Zelda L. Neill, 72, of Monahans, a homemaker, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1998, at her residence.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Harkey Funeral Chapel with Maxine Burns officiating. Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Hamlin Memorial cemetery in Hamlin. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home.

She was born in Rule and was a longtime resident of Monahans. She was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Daughter, Donna Caldwell of Monahans; brothers, Randolf Wilson and Lewis Wilson, both of Haskell; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Marjorie Odom

SAN ANGELO -- Marjorie E. Odom, 85, of San Angelo, a homemaker, died Thursday, Feb. 19, 1998, in San Angelo.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with the Rev. G.I. Norris officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa. Arrangements by Robert Massie Funeral Home.

She was born in Corsicana. She was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Sons, Bob E. Blankenship of San Angelo, Alan K. Blankenship of Mesquite; and brother, Thomas Swearingen of Sonoma, Calif.

Oleene Sewell

FORT WORTH -- Oleene Sewell, 77, of Fort Worth, a retired office supervisor, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1998, in Seguin.

Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Brown, Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Fort Worth with the Rev. James Bass officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Morris cemetery in Gilmer with the Rev. Rex Nowlan officiating. Arrangements by Brown, Owens & Brumley Funeral Home.

She was born in Upshur County.

SURVIVORS: Daughters, Rita Ward of Seguin and Gloria Holder of Odessa; brothers, Linden Binion of Fort Worth and Preston Binion of Weatherford; and three grandchildren.

George Thompson

DALLAS -- George Thompson, 48, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1998, in Overton.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Restland Memorial Park with Bill Smith officiating. Arrangements by Restland Funeral Home.

He was born in Crane.

SURVIVORS: Brother, Robert K. Thompson of Milwaukee, Wis.

Johnnie Tipton

ANDREWS -- Johnnie L. Tipton, 63, of Andrews, retired owner and operator of Johnnie's Back Door Beauty Shop, died Thursday, Feb. 19, 1998, at her residence.

Services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Henson officiating. Burial will be at Andrews Old cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.

She was born in Sonora and moved to Andrews in 1960.

SURVIVORS: Husband, B.L. Tipton of Andrews; daughters, Kelly Ham and Tracie Porter, both of Andrews and Lynette Sotelo of Midland; stepdaughters, Patsy Massingill of San Angelo, Thersia Anderson of Aspermont; sisters, Caroline Owens of Fittstown, Okla., and Joyce Pace of Marion, S.C.; brothers, Jack Johnson and George Johnson, both of Sonora; 10 grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren.

Guadalupe Velasco

ODESSA -- Guadalupe H. Velasco, 36, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1998, at her residence.

Rosary was said Thursday at Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. today at St. Anthony's Catholic Church Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel.

She was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico.

SURVIVORS: Husband, Ceferino O. Velasco of Odessa; son, Ceferino Velasco Jr. of Odessa; daughters, Maria del Carmen Velasco, Ana Daniela Velasco, Daisy Velasco and Stephanie Velasco, all of Odessa; mother, Carmen Hidalgo of Nederland; brothers, Victor Manuel Hidalgo and Jesus Hidalgo, both of Houston and Miguel R. Hidalgo of Ojinaga, Mexico; sisters, Vickie Hernandez of Odessa, Margarita Tarango of Perryton, and Dora Garcia of Nederland.

Dora Waldroop

ANDREWS -- Dora Waldroop, 84, of Andrews, a homemaker, died Thursday, Feb. 19, 1998, at Andrews Healthcare Center.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Means Memorial United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jim Terry officiating. Burial will be at Andrews Old cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.

She was born in Mineral Wells and moved to Andrews in 1966. She was a Methodist.

SURVIVORS: Sons, James Waldroop of Andrews and William Allen Waldroop of Spring; daughter, Judy Ann Humphrys of Seattle; brother, Thomas A. Jones of Santo; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Fairie Boyd

ABILENE -- Fairie Lee Boyd, 93, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 1998, in Odessa.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with the Rev. John Lee officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Homes.

She was born in Italy, Texas and was a Methodist.

SURVIVORS: Daughters, Noma Jean Dalton and Wanda Beaird, both of Odessa; son, Roger F. Boyd of Abilene; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Anne Glazner

MIDLAND -- Anne Givens Glazner, 97, of Midland, a homemaker, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 1998, in Odessa after a lengthy illness.

Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at St. Paul's United Methodist Church with the Rev. Robert Kirk officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.

She was born in Snyder and was a Methodist.

SURVIVORS: Husband, E. Dean Glazner of Midland; son, Jerry "J.B.Biggs of Penryn, Calif.; stepdaughter, Jan Casner of Dallas; sisters, Beulah "BootsHunter of Seminole, Billie Ankenman of Lubbock; nine grandchildren, 11 great-greatgrandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
