Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Monahans Memorial cemetery Pavilion with Harvey Enriquez officiating. Burial will be at Monahans Memorial cemetery. Arrangements are by Family Funeral Services/ Jackie Harkey.
He was born in Monahans.

MONAHANS — Jimmie Lee Jaquez, 56, of Monahans, an electrician, died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2003, at Midland Memorial Hospital.

George Minton
STANTON — George C. Minton, 87, of Stanton died Monday, Oct. 13, 2003, in a Dallas hospital.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Evergreen cemetery with Minister Van Pendergrass officiating. Arrangements are by Gilbreath Funeral Home.
He was born in Shelby County and moved to Martin County in 1926. He was a veteran of World War II.

Simon Sanchez
STANTON — Simon H. Sanchez, 71, of Lubbock and formerly of Stanton, a form setter in the construction industry, died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2003, in a Lubbock hospital.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Jimmy Bridges and Ernie Sanchez officiating. Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic cemetery. Arrangements are by Stanton Memorial Funeral Home and Chapel.
He was born in Dalhart and has lived in Lubbock since 1958.

BIG SPRING — Sue Broughton, 75, of Big Spring, a retired employee of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, died Thursday, October 9, 2003, in a Midland hospital.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the First Christian Church with the Rev. Gene Cravens officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park. Arrangements by Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory.
She was born in Big Spring and was a lifelong resident. She was Christian.

He was born in Santa Evlalia, Chihuahua, Mexico. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

SAN ANGELO — James Burton “Jim” Palmer, 95, of San Angelo, a retired employee of San Angelo Die Casting Co., died Saturday, Oct. 11, 2003, in a San Angelo nursing home.
