ANDREWS -- Herminio T. Franco, 62, of Andrews, an equipment operator, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 1998, at his residence.

He was born in Pilares, Mexico, and has lived in Andrews for 22 years after moving from Andrews. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Socorro Franco of Andrews; son, Manuel Franco of Portales, N.M.; sons, Elena Porras, Linda Canava, Armida Mireles and Herminia Franco, all of Andrews; three brothers, Manuel Mendoza of Mexico, Elieso Mendoza of El Paso, Humberto Mendoza of Juarez, Mexico; sister, Adela Lujan of Lovington, N.M.; and 12 grandchildren.

CRANE -- Clementine Louise Holbrook, 91, of Crane, a retired chief operator for GTE, died Thursday, Feb. 12, 1998, at a local care center.

She was born in Chicago, and was Catholic.

She was born in Downing and moved to McCamey in 1969.

She was born in Olney, and was a former resident of Odessa.
