ANDREWS — Guy Jerrie Smith, 80, of Midland, a 32-year employee for Halliburton in Duncan, Okla., died Wednesday, March 31, 2004, at his residence.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Andrews Funeral Home with the Rev. Eddie Elliott officiating. Burial will be at the Andrews North cemetery. Arrangements are by Andrews Funeral Home.
He was born in Ringold.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Bessie Smith of Midland; Son, Jerrie L. Smith of Midland; brother, Billy L. Smith, Midland; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Ronnie Wheeler
MIDLAND — Ronnie Wheeler, 46, of Midland died Wednesday, March 31, 2004, at the Hospice Midland Inpatient Unit at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Services will be at 9 a.m. today at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry L. Long officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Ellis Funeral Home.
He was born in Midland.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Barbara Wheeler of Midland; daughters, Sarah Jones and Dannon Wheeler, both of Illinois; brother, Dale Wheeler of San Angelo; and one grandchild.

ODESSA — Rex Cecil Cooke, 74, of Odessa died Thursday, April 1, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services are pending with Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.

ODESSA — Dollie Inez Fitzgerald, 78, of Odessa died Friday, April 2, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services are pending with Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Luther Rollins
ODESSA - Luther Allen Rollins, 80, of Odessa, a retired self-employed millwright, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2004, at his residence.
Graveside services were at 3 p.m. Feb. 16 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Randy Duckett officiating. Arrangements were by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
He was born in Snyder. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Viva Rollins of Odessa; daughters, Sharon Nichols of McGregor, Susan Sledge of Kermit and Laura Duckworth of Odessa; sister, Othell Trevey of Snyder; brother, Joe Rollins of Snyder; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Gerald Shreffler
JAL, N.M. - Gerald H. Shreffler, 83, of Jal, N.M., a carpenter, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2004, at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today at First United Methodist Church in Jal with the Revs. Rusty Ratliff and Gary Eggart officiating. Burial will be at the Kermit cemetery. Arrangements are by Cooper Funeral Chapel.
He was born in Rockland Township, Pa. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Jal.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Carolyn Joyce Hamilton of Amarillo; brothers, Eugene Shreffler and Jack Shreffler, both of Jal, N.M.; sister, Ethel Katherine Shorts of Cranberry, Pa.; two grandchildren; one step-grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.

ODESSA - Patricia Jean Trotter, 73, of Goldsmith, owner of the Country Store, died Monday, Feb. 16, 2004, at Regency Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Topeka, Kan. She was Methodist.

She was born in Duncan, Okla.

ODESSA — Jessie Fierro Martinez, 83, of Odessa, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 2004, in Odessa.
Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Martinez Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Joe Uecker officiating. Burial will follow at Rosehill cemetery. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.
She was born in Big Spring. She was Catholic.

He was born in Cisco. He was Baptist.
