Betty Mosier

BIG SPRING -- Betty Lucile Mosier, 54, of Big Spring, an office clerk, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 1998, in a local Hospital.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with the Rev. Ben Neel officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Memorial Park. Arrangments by Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. She was born in Monahans and moved to Big Spring in 1987 from Big Spring. She was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Daughter, Sherry Cravens Darden of Big Spring; stepdaughter, Denise David of Odessa; son, Gregory Alan Cravens of Putney, Ga.; stepson, Wesley Cravens of Odessa; brother, Gary Mosier of Wink; sister, Barbara Mosier of Monahans; and two grandchildren.

Annie Robinson

ODESSA -- Annie Mae Robinson, 83, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 1998, at Avalon Place.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. Waymon Jacks officiating. Burial be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

She was born in Ruston, La., and moved to Odessa in 1948 from Houston. She was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Sons, Larry Robinson of Odessa, Norman Robinson of Buchanan Dam; brother, John Luther Lindsay of Deer Park; sister, Nina Brock of Odessa; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mary Schultz

PECOS -- Mary Schultz, 80, of Pecos, a retired secretary, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Les Woodard officiating. Burial will be at Fairview cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.

She was born in Floydada and had lived in Pecos since 1945. She was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Brother, Joe S. Schultz of Lufkin.

Oarb Shamblin

SWEETWATER -- Oarb Eugene Shamblin, 80, of Odessa, a retired oil mill worker, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 1998, at his residence.

Gravside services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Sweetwater cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.

He was born in Blackwell and moved to Odessa 17 years ago. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.

SURVIVORS: Sons, Clark Shamblin of Sweetwater, Ward Shamblin of Lubbock; duaghters, Barbara Henry of Sweetwater, Bonnie Sheldon and Susan Hallmark, both of Odessa; brother, L.E. Shamblin of Palermo, Calif.; sisters, Ruby Micheal and Pearl Thompson of Fresno, Calif., Wanda Peterson of Oroville, Calif.; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Eva Smith

HOBBS, N.M. -- Eva M. Smith, 77, of Hobbs, N.M., died Saturday, Feb. 7, 1998, at Hobbs Health Care Center.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Prairie Haven cemetery with the Rev. Winfred Gipson officiating. Arrangements by Griffin Memorial Funeral Home Inc.

She was born in Louisiana and was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Son, Bruce Baird of Hobbs, N.M.; daughters, Georgia Powell of Odessa, Frances Smith and Polly Owens both of Hobbs, N.M.; and eight grandchildren.

William Smith

ODESSA -- William Aaron "BillSmith, 59, of Odessa, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 1998, at his residence.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ector County cemetery with the Rev. Emmett Barnard officiating. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.

He was born in Ringling, Okla., and moved to Odessa in 1977. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Tommie Garcia of Odessa; sons, William Smith of Binger, Okla., Eddie Smith of Ringling, Okla., Darryl Smith of Enid, Okla.; daughters, Lillie Smith and Ruby Black, both Ardmore, Okla., Diane Cannon of Duncan, Okla. and Mary Ellen Manners of Durant, Okla; brothers, Joe Smith and Billie Ray Smith, both of Fort Worth.

Davida Neece

BIG SPRING -- Davida B. Neece, 76, of Big Spring, died Monday, Feb. 9, 1998, in a Fort Worth Hospital.

Services are pending with Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Inc.

Sammie Ford

BURLESON -- Sammie Ford, 78, a retired registered nurse, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 1998, at Fort Worth Convalescent Center.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Laurel Land of Burleson Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Parklawn Memorial Gardens in Plainview. Arrangements by Laurel Land of Burleson Funeral Home.

She was born in Telephone, Texas, and was a resident of Burleson for 14 years. She was a Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Son, Don Ford of Odessa; daughters, Lucy Benton of Burleson and Karen Daily of Colleyville; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Felipe Rosales

RANKIN -- Felipe Rosales, 78, a retired Upton County Maintenance Department employee, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 1998, at the Rankin District Hospital.

Rosary was said Sunday night at the Rankin Community Park Building. Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Rankin Community Park Building with Julio Carrasco officiating. Burial will be at the Rankin cemetery. Arrangements by Richard Box Funeral Home of Crane.

He was born in Gonzales and was a resident of Rankin. He was a Catholic.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Clotilde Rosales of Rankin; daughter, Mary Salinas of Iraan; brothers, Agustine Rosales of Eagle Pass, Pablo Rosales of Musquiz, Mexico, and Martin Rosales of San Antonio; sisters, Maria Moreno and Mikayla Moreno, both of Eagle Pass; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Minnie Witte

O'DONNELL -- Minnie Witte, 87, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 1998, in Lamesa.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Methodist Church in O'Donnell with the Rev. Kenneth Peterson officiating. Burial will be at Lamesa Memorial Park. Arrangements by Branon Funeral Home.

She was born in Lavaca County and was a resident of Lamesa having moved to Dawson County in 1935. She was a Methodist.

SURVIVORS: Son, Raymond Witte of Lamesa; daughter, Shirley Price of Odessa; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

ODESSA -- Ila Mae Bunch, 81, of Odessa died Saturday, Feb. 7, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
