Frank Kennedy
CRANE — Frank J. Kennedy, 70, of Crane, a retired truck supervisor, died Friday August 38, 1998 in Big Spring. Funeral services are at 3 p.m. today at the First Baptist Church in Crane with the Rev. Skipper Woodfin officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven cemetery in McCamey. Arrangements under the direction of Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home of Crane. A longtime Crane resident, he was born in Brady and was Baptist.

PECOS — Anita Briones Lyles, 77, of Pecos, a retired school cafeteria worker, died Friday Aug. 28, 1998, at Memorial Hospital and Medical Center in Midland. Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. at Santa Rosa Catholic Church. Rosary was said at 8 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be at Mt. Evergreen cemetery. Arrang-ements by Martinez Funeral Home.
She was born in Balmorhea and was a lifetime resident of Pecos. She was Catholic.

ODESSA — Chase Brosh, 10, died Friday, Aug. 28, 1998, at his residence.

He was born in Odessa on Dec. 15, 1987.

ODESSA — Clarise Ray Childress, 78, a homemaker, died Saturday, Aug. 29, 1998 at her residence.

She was born in Madisonville, Ky. in 1919. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her husband of 32 years, J.H. "JayChildress.

ODESSA — Arturo "PapituroGonzales Lomas, 76, a retired foreman, died Friday, Aug. 28, 1998 at Medical Center Hospital.

He was born in Ciudad Acuna, Mexico in 1922. He married
Ramona Rodriguez in 1993 and lived in Odessa for 30 years.

ODESSA — Eduardo B. (Nino) Rodriguez, 86, of Odessa, a retired grounds keeper for Ward County, died Monday, Aug. 31, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.

He was born in Terlingua and moved to Odessa one year ago from Grandfalls. He was Baptist.
