He was born in Amarillo. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

ODESSA — Dee Addison McDaniel Jr., 82, of Odessa, a retired field superintendent, died Thursday, Jan. 15, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Iowa Park. He was a longtime resident of Odessa. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He was Methodist.

RICHARDS — J.C. “Byrd” McGinnis, 86, of Andrews, a retired employee of Mobile Pipeline, died Saturday, Jan. 17, 2004, at his residence.

He was born in Cleveland, Texas. He was a 43-year resident of Andrews. He was Baptist.
