PECOS — Manuel Rubio Jr., 80, of Pecos, a laborer, died Wednesday, June 2, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital.
Mass is scheduled to be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with the Rev. Manuel Munoz officiating. Burial will be at Santa Rosa Catholic cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.
He was born in Fort Stockton. He was a Catholic.

ODESSA — Harvey Adams, 78, of Odessa, a business owner, died Thursday, May 27, 2004 at the Hospice House.
Funeral services will be held at 4:30 p.m. today at Bethany Christian Church with Dr. Max Browning and the Rev. Gene Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was a member of the National Guard. He was born in Louann, Ark.

He was born in Mineral Wells and was a Baptist. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.
