BIG SPRING — Carmen M. Gonzales, 81, of Big Spring, a retired employee of the Veterans Administration Medical Center, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2004, at Scenic Mountain Medical Center.
Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with the Rev. Richard Regan officiating. Burial will be at Mount Olive Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
He was born in El Paso and was a longtime resident of Big Spring. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Catholic.

SEAGRAVES — Remedios Gonzales, 76, of Seagraves, a homemaker, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, at Yoakum County Hospital in Denver City.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Spanish Assembly of God in Seagraves with the Revs. Ovidio Martinez and Santos Gomez officiating. Burial will be at the Seagraves cemetery. Arrangements are by Boyer Funeral Home.
She was born in Dallas and moved to Seagraves from Loop in 1957. She was a member of the Spanish Assembly of God Church.
