Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clydel Chapman officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Wheatland, Pa. He served in the Navy. He was a Baptist.
