ODESSA - Tressia Diane Putty, 48, of Odessa, died Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at her residence.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at The Antioch Christian Church. Arrangements by Sunset Funeral Home.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Lindle Putty; son, Chris Sherengo; and parents, Doris and Pat Brewer.

Eva Wilburn
DALLAS - Eva Wilburn, 90, of Dallas, a homemaker, died Wednesday, June 16, 2004 in Dallas.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Black and Clark Funeral Chapel. Arrangements by Black and Clark Funeral Home.
She was born in Sherman.
SURVIVORS: Nieces, Katherine Everett of Dallas and Lillie M. Majors and Helen I. Jones, both of Odessa.

Refugia Carrasco
ODESSA - Refugia M. Carrasco, 85, of Odessa, died Wednesday, June 23, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services are pending with Martinez Funeral Home.

Francis Dominguez
PECOS - Francis Dominguez, 75, of Pecos, a homemaker, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2004, at Hospice House in Odessa.
Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Monday at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with the Rev. Gustavo Lopez officiating. A rosary will be said at 8 p.m. today at the Peaceful Garden Funeral Home Chapel. Burial wil be at Greenwood cemetery. Arrangements are by Peaceful Garden Funeral Home.
She was born in Presidio and was a lifetime resident of Pecos. She was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Son, Tony Dominguez of Pecos; brothers, Cruz Granado of Midland and Ramon Granado of Pecos; and sister, Nore Madrid of Pecos.

Florentino Florez
PECOS - Florentino Florez, 49, of Pecos, a cook, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2004, at his residence in Pecos.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with the Rev. Gustavo Lopez officiating. A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at the Peaceful Garden Funeral Home Chapel. Burial wil be at Greenwood cemetery. Arrangements are by Peaceful Garden Funeral Home.

SURVIVORS: Mother, Flora Torrez Florez of Pecos; brothers, Eloy Florez Jr. of Las Cruces, N.M., Javier Florez of Pecos and Gilbert Florez of Odessa; and sisters, Bertha Dominguez of Odessa, Elva Florez of Pecos and Carol Ojeda of Arlington.

Mary Hooper
ODESSA - Mary Ellen Hooper, 86, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2004, at Deerings Nursing Home.
No services or burial have been scheduled. Arrangements are by Chapa Funeral Home.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Susan Smith of Odessa and Caroline Gordon of Mt. Vernon, Ohio.

OZONA - Jesus M. Martinez, 71, of Ozona, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2004,
Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the Ozona First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Lima cemetery. Arrangements are by Preddy Funeral Home.
He was born in Ozona.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Esther L. Martinez of Ozona; sons, Ricardo Martinez, Reynaldo Martinez, both of Ozona, and Jesus 'Chuy' Martinez, of San Angelo; daughters, Rebecca Tarin of Odessa and Elizabeth Herrera of Midland; sister, Socorra Maldonado of Ozona; brother, Jose Martinez of Ozona; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Carolina Miller
MARFA - Carolina Miller, 80, of Fort Stockton, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2004, at Pecos County Memorial Hospital.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ernie Vineyard officiating. Burial wil follow in the Mercede cemetery. Arrangements are by Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born in Marfa.
SURVIVOR: Brother, Saul J. Miller of Fort Stockton.

Pat Rowley Jr.
FORT STOCKTON - Pat Rowley Jr., 79, of Fort Stockton, a retired maintenance forman, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2004, in Odessa.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at East Hill cemetery with the Rev. Ernest Wall officiating. Arrangements are by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.
He was born in Richmond, Va. He was a World War II veteran of the Army Air Corps. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Libby Rowley of Fort Stockton; one son; and two daughters.

Sam Sizemore
ODESSA - Sam Sizemore, 93, of Odessa, a retired drilling company mechanic, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Bristow, Okla. He was a longtime resident of Odessa.
SURVIVORS: Sisters, Bonnie Watkins of El Paso, Ruby Duke of Nacogdoches, Dorothy Harris of Ross City and Florena Sizemore of Columbia Lakes.

Silvia Velasco
BALMORHEA - Silvia Velasco, 46, of Balmorhea, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2004, at University Medical Center in Lubbock.
Services will be held at a later date in Ojinaga, Mexico. Arrangements are by Funeraria de Valle.
She was born in Ojinaga, Mexico.
SURVIVORS: Mother, Juana Nunez, of Ojinaga, Mexico; brothers, Donato Velasco of Santa Fe, N.M., Oscar Velasco of Balmorhea, Juan Velasco of Corpus Christi and Alex Velasco of Amarillo; and sister, Diana Velasco of Odessa.

MONAHANS - M.K. 'Pete' Whitman, 82, of Monahans, a retired trucking company employee, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2004, in Dallas.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeppie Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Monahans Memorial cemetery. Arrangements are by Family Funeral Services/Jackie Harkey.
He was born in Linden. He was Baptist.

MONAHANS — Earl Ray Clark, 56, of Monahans, a security boating officer, died Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2004, in Monahans.

He was born in Rayville, La. He served in the Army.
